**Beware: Scam Alert!** I strongly advise against doing business with Sam. He portrays himself as a trustworthy and honest man, but my experience has been nothing but a nightmare. I placed an order for a solid gold thick chain, a charm, and an anklet over three months ago, and despite paying more than half upfront, I have yet to receive any of the items. Sam constantly uses his cancer diagnosis as an excuse to delay the delivery. He repeatedly promised to pick up the jewelry and arrange for me to collect it on a Tuesday or Wednesday. When he didn't follow through, he claimed he would deliver it himself, but this has been going on for over two months with no resolution. Instead, I receive excuses about being in the hospital or messages from his wife saying he will get back to me after his treatment, which never happens. Additionally, I had purchased a very sentimental piece for my mom for Mother's Day, and Sam messed up the imaging on the pendant. He has not resolved this issue despite acknowledging the mistake. To make matters worse, he tried to substitute smaller, thinner chains with the pendants we purchased, even though we were charged for thicker chains. He never switched the chains to the original ones we discussed. My aunt has also had a terrible experience with Sam. She purchased multiple pieces in full, specifically requesting 14k gold as Sam recommended, instead of the 10k he had on hand. Despite paying for these items, she has still not received them, and Sam has not gotten back to her either. What upsets me the most is that I recommended multiple people to him based on the initial purchases I made in person at his shop. At that time, he seemed genuine and eager to please his customers. However, it's now clear that this was a facade. Sam is a scammer who takes your money and never delivers your jewelry or refunds your payment. Despite numerous attempts to contact him, I still get the runaround. We are now considering legal action to either get our money back or finally receive the pieces we paid for. We have been going around to see if he opens up and this man's business is never opened. All nearby businesses are very aware of the thieves these two brothers are. They also know what these people have done to their customers. The businesses say many people are looking for him because they skipped town with their money and merchandise. We are also victims of the crimes that these two have done. One business told me that they have seen Sam come in very early he opens the gate slightly slips in and slips out just like the grimy ass snake that he is. I made an order for a single silver grill back in June and paid $225, that was over 6 months ago. His go to excuse is to pull on people's heart strings by claiming he has cancer in hopes people will pity him enough to not ask for a refund. DO NOT BE DECEIVED. He has gone far enough to threaten my friend to take down their review for their money back. All the good reviews you see on here are completely scripted, which leads me to believe it's him overcompensating for all the negative ones he has on here.
