Well that is especially good timing on my part. The call in process is just poor. Getting someone to pick up is very poor. Had issues with this Crown Point office. Ho to the Valparasio location, whomever manages that location is competent.

When I saw him for these problems , with a stupid grin on his face he said he didn't know what was causing it. As far as I'm concerned he is a butcher. I asked what Cracker-jack box he got his diploma from. I won't give him the credit of calling him a doctor. Let me also mention, on the day of surgery, his bedside manner stinks.

My second doctor retired and now I have a really good younger doctor. Everything about this location makes me feel good about trusting my healthcare to the doctors that are staffed here. You are also encouraged to be proactive in your healthcare. In other words, you can't fail when you are working TOGETHER. I just hate those darn needles. Well, until next year....
