I then visited another optometrist who said he could remove in the office and my insurance will cover. He also asked to give me a cataract exam and told me I had cataracts. What a difference.

The woman had me read the eye chart and announced I had 20\20 vision...what! No I don't. I wanted my eye checked as I had damaged them a few yrs earlier and was having trouble with my sight. Then she put drops in and said she'd be back in 10 minutes..she never returned. 20 plus minutes the Dr. Walked in never introducing himself to me and I did the talking about my eyes. He said I had a sty on my eye. He left again came back a squeezed the hell out of it hurting me and I told him. He looked into my eyes with a few things and that was that. I told him I disagreed with the 20\20 and wanted an eye test. Said it was too late cause my eyes were dialated and would have to come back. WTH... I told him I wasn't paying for another visit when I said I had wanted that to multiple people....They SUCKED will never go back or recommend!!!

Went there 2 years ago and found out she was not longer there. Fast forward to today, i was trying to book an appointment to get a basic eye exam and while doing so, I called, the phone rang twice, phone picked up and i was tossed on hold without being asked if it was okay for me to be placed on hold. I'm extremely disappointed with the customer service at this office. The staff is ratchet, unprofessional, dismissive, and made no effort to communicate clearly or respectfully. A medical office should make patients feel supported, not ignored. I won't be returning and cannot recommend this place to anyone. Honestly the only thing missing is the staff members wearing bonnets and coming in with their house slippers.

I understand I was 12 minutes late, but you'd think they'd take into account I took a half day and drove nearly an hour after waiting a month and a half for the appointment.
