A GNC-branded location has this displayed inside its store. Whether corporate approved it or not, GNC needs to answer for what is happening inside a business operating under its name. I originally…read morestopped coming because of the guest experience, but with so many food and beverage options along Eastern, I thought I would come back and see if things had improved. Unfortunately, I had a similar experience. When I approached the register, the young lady working did not greet or acknowledge me, so I simply placed my usual beverage order. The interaction felt unwelcoming and reminded me of why I stopped visiting in the first place. Protein House has great food and beverage options, which is why I wanted to give it another chance. However, great products should be matched with great hospitality. A simple greeting, smile, or acknowledgment can make a big difference in a guest's experience. I hope the service improves because the menu itself gives customers plenty of reasons to come back. Sometimes it really is as simple as being friendly and making your guests feel welcome.
