The day of my massage, I got lost trying to get to them in the pouring rain. I arrived to my appointment 1 hour late and soaked to the bone from the rain. They were amazing! Not only did they welcome me with open arms, they took me in right away kept my appointment. Luna was my massage therapist and she was amazing. She did a fantastic job and even made some suggestions on some problem areas that were holding tension. If you are looking for a spa and need a massage, be sure to stop into this place, it's worth every effort to find them, they CARE about the people who find them. Luna is amazing but they are all kind and gentle with their guests.

If you're not a hotel guest, you can pay a little extra for use of the swimming pool & gym for the day. You can also walk around the hotel lobby & large gardens. In any case, the facial was relaxing and I do think my skin looks firmer as a result. The ambience at this 5* hotel is incredibly classy and the service is unbeatable. It is possible to purchase a day's access to the pool so that after the spa you can hang around here and in the verdant gardens, which really is an oasis in the middle of the city.
