He assured me that I would be out in an hour and between the delay and the slowness, I was there for 1 hour and 45 minutes. The products used are the ones everyone uses, nothing special and a poorly done and sloppy job. Exaggerated price, double what you pay in other centers. NOT RECOMMENDED

His English is terrific, but more importantly, he speaks fluent hair, and he instantly knew mine was screaming for help He immediately understood what I had been trying to do, what went wrong, and how to fix it without turning it into an entirely different haircut. He graciously fit me into his schedule, rescued my bangs, and even gave me useful advice for the next time I'm overcome by misplaced confidence while holding a pair of scissors. I would happily return to Simone for any hair service when I am next in Florence, and I would recommend him without hesitation. So please, if you're in town, give him a call. The pedicure was pretty good and they had a great color selection. My polish job lasted a very long time!! The waxing was very interesting. The arm wax was great and the woman was super nice and I felt very comfortable. However, I got a very bad burn on my upper lip from the wax that they use or the way that she waxed me and I definitely would not recommend getting an upper lip wax here after this. My arms were fine though. Definitely recommend this place for getting your nails done.
