    Sold my teenage daughter an absolute POS. Need an entire new engine within a week of purchasing. Would NEVER EVER recommend them.

    Dishonest. Bait and switch. Avoid! Responded to email…read moresolicitation for Travers to by my vehicle. Received confirmation in writing (text message from sales rep who I spoke to on the phone also) of a range for value of the vehicle pending their inspection. It unfortunately lost a $10 relay in their parking lot during inspection causing a temporary starting issue but that was promptly addressed and the vehicle subsequently ran great. They made a final-offer $1800 below the low end of the range *committed in writing* (text message) but couldn't tell me anything wrong with the vehicle and would not honor their commitment. This was a 1.5 hour drive each way. Don't waste your time and effort on a dealership that practices dishonest sales like this.

After the negotiations we bought our 2018 Jeep Wrangler from them. The vehicle had 15,000 miles on it when we bought it. The salesman told us it had the balance of the manufacture warranty on it so what could go wrong. We started having an issue with the Jeep so we took it in to Lou Fusz and had them look it it. We were told that the vehicle was bought out of Canada and had NO warranty on it. I repeat NO warranty on it. I should have went with my gut but I didn't. So I have a vehicle with no warranty on it. Avoid this place. They will do anything and say anything. Very disappointed.

    I am still in shock with how well I was treated here and the education I received…read more I made an appointment online which was super easy to do. 4:30pm was my reservation and when I was coming from midtown I hit traffic so I called in to see if they wanted me to reschedule or if I could still come in around 4:40pm. I spoke with Leah who said I should be okay since I would probably just need an oil change. This was my first time here, my previous experience at ed napleton in st. peter's was always waiting around for 5+ hours. I waited not even 30 minutes... and Leah was like, "you ready?" She showed me everything was green and good to go, I did get asked about getting tires rotated so that was done too. She let me know that st. peter's had me do services I shouldn't have done yet and missed services I should've done at specific mileage and the estimated costs for those so I could plan ahead of time. St. peter's NEVER did that for me. I am so grateful for Leah!!!! She was so nice from our phone call to check in to check out. Truly felt spoiled and hope I am able to get her every time! So happy I moved into the area!!! Also Leah deserves a raise. to note: * lounge / waiting area is very open with high ceilings * snack bar * mini fridge with FREE drinks (not a vending machine) * tv * other section of waiting area with no tv for more isolation if you would like * classic popcorn snack available * every interaction I saw with the associates and customers were genuinely so nice and fun, I actually laughed out loud

    I brought my truck in for warranty repair on 10/27/25. I got my truck back 12/2/25. I understand…read morethat it takes times but I had an appt but still had to wait 3 days for diagnosis. After diagnosis I had to wait 5 days for the warranty to approve repair. Then the transmission took forever to get the dealer. After it arrived, it then took 8 days to repair. Was never offered a loaner, just told to call the warranty company. Communication was awful, I had call and they would transfer a phone that just rang off the hook where someone then would answer and tell me they basically had no idea what was on. It's was hilarious to me that the day it was completed, I got a text about help getting the warranty company to pay, but was never offered this while I was being repaired. My time table was moved back several times. This was a 2020 Silverado with 73000 miles? Guess the my just aren't built right anymore. Then picking up, not one mention of time it took, just give us $200 and your truck will be around the front. I never complained or crabbed at anyone on the phone, just asked questions. I actually traded in my truck today( 24 hours after getting it back) because I don't wanna deal with this again from the dealer or brand.

With a technical issue, they refuse to call about updates. They didn't let us know about when a part was in when it's been 4 months of not being able to use the main screen in the car. We've had to call multiple times to see if anything had been updated. There seems to be no communication between departments, and again a real disdain for EVs.

I had an appt there to have the gps box removed I towed the vehicle there because of bad plates and a slight cooling leak my appt was at 9am I pulled the car off the tow bed and infront of the service bay I saw the mechanic that was working on the car handed him the key he drove the car away I sat there for 3 hours waiting in the lobby finally after 3 updates the manager stated that the car would not run because the key was bad! The key was fine when I gave it to him the manager said it was a bad key but when I talked to the tech he told me the car wouldn't start after he took the box off then they key problem happened after words! So long story short they damaged the vehicle after they removed the gps box cut off unit then lies and tried to cover it up by breaking the key! Then after I confronted them about it he told me the car never ran or drove and why did I tow it up there I guess the car magically teleported from the tow truck to the bay absolute scam artist! I have the car now with a partner shop to see what wires they messed up taking the gps unit off absolutely avoid this place like Covid predatory scam artists! I will updates when I find out the cause of the no start! Y'all messed with the wrong one I will do everything in my power to expose this disgusting dealer that preys on people with credit issues or no credit!

I told him I would not argue over his price, my only stipulation was how much I got for my trade. I sent him videos and photos of my trade, along with the VIN. I said I would be more than fair on my asking price. After he seen my vehicle, he agreed my price was fair, he also agreed to give me that price. I told him I could not make it in until Saturday morning. He said "well there's two days before Saturday, I could sell it before then." I asked if there was any other interest in the vehicle, he said no. I offered to pay a $5,000 deposit over the phone, non refundable of course. He said no. I offered to bank wire transfer to full asking price. He said no. He kept coming up with excuses NOT to sell me the vehicle. I asked to speak with the owner. He said he was not gonna allow me to speak with him. At that point, I said the situation felt shady. He lost his mind at that point and became extremely rude. That was when I said I think I'll be better off shopping elsewhere. The entire conversation I was calm and respectful. Tony absolutely was not. I've noticed a trend from Mike the owner replying to reviews. If you read any, you'll agree. I'd advise maybe having a discussion with Tony on how he handles customers. No, I am not telling you (Mike)how to run your business. I've noticed that's your go to. I wish you and Tony the best in life. I hope he gets the help that's needed.
