    Sold my teenage daughter an absolute POS. Need an entire new engine within a week of purchasing. Would NEVER EVER recommend them.

    I bought a 2026 Charger from these folks. Had the car exactly 1 week. Was driving home on I-70, and…read morethe infotainment system started blinking. It rebooted, several times, and went dark. It came back on for about 15 seconds, flashed and rebooted several times, and entire screen went black. I went to the dealership yesterday, 6/25/26, and was told they had no one available to look at the car. While looking around in his computer, he found there is a KNOWN issue with the traffic sign assist, and wont be fixed until 3rd quarter. It tells you to reset things manually. Should take 5 minutes, no more than 15 minutes to do this. I followed what was online, and it did not work. The service departement folks could have reset things and shown me how to do it if it ever happens again. They could care a less that the car is a week old, or that it is not safe to drive this way. I emailed my salesperson, and asked for some help, and once he made the sale, he was done, was not going to even try and get me any help. Just said go by service and see what they say. I called UCONNECT to try and get them to reset things remotely, they said I needed to go to the dealership. I should not have to go here, go there, do this, do that. I was in the dealership at 3pm, and they had no one that would even look at the car. The service guy plugged something in and got some codes, and said I could drop it off and leave it for them to try and figure things out. There is nothing to figure out with a KNOWN issue, that only a software fix with actually fix the issue.

With that being said, if it wasn't for my salesperson Allisha, I would've already taken my old car back and found something else somewhere else. If she ever leaves I absolutely demand to know where she goes! She's very laid back, not pushy at all and let me wander around like I intended. She's every bit as knowledgeable as the men and did not ambush me!! She really does go above the usual salespeople expectations, she saved me from driving away with my trunk still leaking. Honestly, when I pulled into the pre-owned lot and a guy IMMEDIATELY came outside BEFORE I EVEN GOT OUT OF MY CAR to ambush me..I backed out and drove to the new lot and walked down to the pre-owned lot. I would like to look at what you even have before we talk about negotiations, is that strange? ‍ Now I'm struggling to get the car I originally bought fixed.. The trunk leaks BAD! Had my car smelling of strong mildew in 24 hrs.. They sent it to the body shop last Monday to be "fixed" and when they got it back Friday Allisha decided to double-check and water test the trunk (thank goodness).. STILL LEAKS JUST AS BAD! So now I'm another week without my car and at this point can't even remember what my car was like... I'll update next weekend when I hopefully get my car back.

I had an appt there to have the gps box removed I towed the vehicle there because of bad plates and a slight cooling leak my appt was at 9am I pulled the car off the tow bed and infront of the service bay I saw the mechanic that was working on the car handed him the key he drove the car away I sat there for 3 hours waiting in the lobby finally after 3 updates the manager stated that the car would not run because the key was bad! The key was fine when I gave it to him the manager said it was a bad key but when I talked to the tech he told me the car wouldn't start after he took the box off then they key problem happened after words! So long story short they damaged the vehicle after they removed the gps box cut off unit then lies and tried to cover it up by breaking the key! Then after I confronted them about it he told me the car never ran or drove and why did I tow it up there I guess the car magically teleported from the tow truck to the bay absolute scam artist! I have the car now with a partner shop to see what wires they messed up taking the gps unit off absolutely avoid this place like Covid predatory scam artists! I will updates when I find out the cause of the no start! Y'all messed with the wrong one I will do everything in my power to expose this disgusting dealer that preys on people with credit issues or no credit!

    Horrible experience! I've since read several reviews of buyers having a similar situation as mine…read more Tony came up with every excuse in the book to NOT sell me a truck. I told him I would not argue over his price, my only stipulation was how much I got for my trade. I sent him videos and photos of my trade, along with the VIN. I said I would be more than fair on my asking price. After he seen my vehicle, he agreed my price was fair, he also agreed to give me that price. I told him I could not make it in until Saturday morning. He said "well there's two days before Saturday, I could sell it before then." I asked if there was any other interest in the vehicle, he said no. I offered to pay a $5,000 deposit over the phone, non refundable of course. He said no. I offered to bank wire transfer to full asking price. He said no. He kept coming up with excuses NOT to sell me the vehicle. I asked to speak with the owner. He said he was not gonna allow me to speak with him. At that point, I said the situation felt shady. He lost his mind at that point and became extremely rude. That was when I said I think I'll be better off shopping elsewhere. The entire conversation I was calm and respectful. Tony absolutely was not. I've noticed a trend from Mike the owner replying to reviews. If you read any, you'll agree. I'd advise maybe having a discussion with Tony on how he handles customers. No, I am not telling you (Mike)how to run your business. I've noticed that's your go to. I wish you and Tony the best in life. I hope he gets the help that's needed. Called the morning we were going to come to make sure the vehicle was still available because we lived 2 hours away. He gave me his word he would let us look at it & not sell it before we got there .
