The existing wire system in my apartment was old so it took a long time for Sherman to work around and with the existing wire system but did so without complaint. He also came back 3 additional times after the initial installation just to adjust some minor issues (which wasn't his fault) and addressed all of them in a timely manner. He made sure that the job was completed - comprehensively. He won't let an issue go unresolved and he will make sure you're happy with the outcome. On the day of the job he arrived on time and worked quietly and efficiently. I had work to do in the other room and he didn't bother me once. He called me in a little while later and the TV was securely mounted. It was my fault that I never went to see what he was doing - I told him I would've preferred the TV to be mounted a few inches higher.
