Customer service? What's that? Never heard of it…read more Little Wolf is proving to be a wolf in sheep's​ clothing. We had cabinets that cover our HVAC units made by Little Wolf several years ago and have been very happy with them. Yesterday, the largest piece of wood came off the cabinet in my young children's room. If it fell on one of my kids, it would have caused significant injury. We emailed Little Wolf asking for them to come and fix the cabinet (we didn't ask for a freebie). To quote their email to us "just pick up magnets and let your handyman​ fix it." I reached out to Terzano Cabinetry and the owner Joe was very responsive, he mentioned to bring in the door and they would look whether they could glue it or whether they had to make a new door. After a week Joe came back saying they managed to glue the door, charge $30, we are so happy our kitchen looks again as beautiful as before and happy we know the company who made it is there when something is broken afterwards and support is needed. I followed up with David many times trying to get the additional cost covered and have him remedy the issues but he was not responsive. Now, I'm seeing this happened to other customers.
