This was THE WORST retail experience I have ever had and I am never going back, In fact I am probably taking the $50 Bonsai back tomorrow because of the way she threw it into the bag. Just unbelievably rude and demeaning attitude towards me for no reason. I would highly recommend the owner to watch the video of her interaction with me if they have any cameras inside the store.
