We had 2 landscaping companies do our lawn that were very inferior and needed to remove it (although I know who the supplier was I can't say where these other products came from). We decided to do the DYI and did our home work before we started the project. We drove from Burnaby to look at the product before we ordered it. What we saw was what we got. After 2 weeks of installing the new turf it looks like the golf green which is what we wanted. In my opinion Bert Bos provides a very superior product. Thank you Bert and Debbie!

Well, a year later we're still picking out those pieces of bark as well as the small bits of plastic that were embedded throughout. The application of "Black Gold" has made no visible difference in our garden except adding to our work getting rid of the debris. Interestingly, earlier this year I walked by a newly-arrived load and asked the owner of the house where it came from. I was hoping for an alternative source, but when he said it was from Artisan, I took a closer look: same problem. I would never recommend this company.

I have employed Atkinson Landscaping, to mow and maintain my yard on a weekly basis, for many years, and have been completely satisfied with the work provided, and the polite and professional demeanor of their entire staff. Their prices are fair, they are always willing to adjust their time and work schedule to fit the changing requirements of the job, and manage to provide service in an expedient and unobtrusive manner. I ended up needing to expand my requirements of Matt and the Atkinson Landscaping team, and again was provided with quick quotes, and fast turn around time to complete the jobs. I also use Atkinson Landscaping to prune my rose garden, and trees, they do my weeding, and I was even able to hire them to shovel snow! Atkinson Landscaping is always here when they say they are going to be, always clean up, and always do a fabulous job. It is a rarity to find a decent, honest, flexible, company/contractors with quality workmanship, but Atkinson Landscaping is that rare gem.

I told him that my schedule was very flexible and I would make myself available if they could do the job. He said he could help if I was willing to wait a bit. He would send out the crew when they were in between jobs in the area. Two weeks later he contacted me to confirm they would be coming the next day. The two young, energetic and enthusiastic fellows top dressed my flower beds in no time flat. Cory was lead hand and his attention to detail was very much appreciated. He checked in with me before starting the job to make sure we were on the same page and he made sure all trimming and removals were exactly as I wanted. I was very happy with the completed job and will not hesitate to call on them in the future.
