This made me lose all trust in their billing practices. If they mishandle a claim or insurance rejects something, I have no doubt they'd just charge the card without doing the proper follow-up. In today's environment of healthcare data breaches, requiring a card on file with no limits or opt-out is not just unsafe--it's unethical. The Paoli location office hours are just wacky (Tues & Frid only) I went to the WC location today for an appt and when I got there I was told by the bitchy receptionist, "your appt was yesterday." I didn't get a reminder call/text/etc whatsoever after I had scheduled this appt on Friday. My dentist does a better job than this place. I asked if there was any way I could be squeezed in since my baby was w her grandmother, "nope everything's booked here and Paoli until next week,"she said rudely. Seriously?!?!? It's an eye doctor! I now have to be inconvenienced again only in another week. Hope they don't mind me bringing my baby and if she cries oh well. And yes not to mention the cost of visits are high too. Find somewhere else if you have the option. I know I'll be looking elsewhere soon. Update: as of 3/23: the manager called me back the next day (today) to rectify the situation and even offered me an appt that had been a cancellation. I was able to get in around the same time and as needed when I originally scheduled. She even stopped to speak to me after my appt to make sure we talked it out and cleared the air. Despite the confusion/miscommunication, it was nice that she took the time to make sure we were taken care of.
