It's been almost 20 years since I've used Dr. Voster, but he's now in a new office and the examination equipment they have now is of the latest technology. Nothing like it used to be, now it's more like a virtual reality type exam with a head set similar to what kids have to play games!! Dr. Voster is as kind and caring as he was 20 years ago, as are all of his assistants! The front desk is very helpful in assisting you with your insurance and paperwork also!!! They also have an on-site selection of eye glasses with many different frames and styles to choose from! I highly recommend Dr. Voster at the Eye Care Center

They have a large selection of frames and their are very reasonable prices. I was very impressed with the level of customer service I received from their staff, especially Patricia. Ordered same cabinet a few years back and it was perfect. None of this was Good Value Center' fault. However, representatives (including owner, Michael Carson) were extremely unresponsive. I did get the rails replaced, but Good Value Center did nothing to solve the myriad of other problems. I sent plenty of photos to document the issues with my bath vanity. I got the same vanity a few years back and it was perfect. Contacted Waypoint's Partnership Team, but they will not do anything because of their contractual relationship with retailer.

After repeatedly declining her multiple selections, I started to get uncomfortable. She wouldn't take no for answer. I had made it clear that I wanted to stay with the frames I had chosen. Once we were seated at the desk, I wanted only what my insurance would pay for. She kept pressuring me with add-ons to the point I started to feel bullied when she started to get too personal. I understand that there might be a possibility that she works off commission, but she was very unprofessional.
