It's been almost 20 years since I've used Dr. Voster, but he's now in a new office and the examination equipment they have now is of the latest technology. Nothing like it used to be, now it's more like a virtual reality type exam with a head set similar to what kids have to play games!! Dr. Voster is as kind and caring as he was 20 years ago, as are all of his assistants! The front desk is very helpful in assisting you with your insurance and paperwork also!!! They also have an on-site selection of eye glasses with many different frames and styles to choose from! I highly recommend Dr. Voster at the Eye Care Center

After repeatedly declining her multiple selections, I started to get uncomfortable. She wouldn't take no for answer. I had made it clear that I wanted to stay with the frames I had chosen. Once we were seated at the desk, I wanted only what my insurance would pay for. She kept pressuring me with add-ons to the point I started to feel bullied when she started to get too personal. I understand that there might be a possibility that she works off commission, but she was very unprofessional.

I have had problems with my eyes for over 2 years due to an autoimmune disease. He just dismissed it and said that it's allergies and told me to get some drop over the counter that cost $25.99. I am now in the process of trying to go see a specialist in Houston because the Dr here don't seem to really want to listen to what I have to tell them. I have had so many test done on my eyes and asked him to get them from my other Dr in Las Vegas and he straightened out said no I don't need them it's just allergies. I left there broken hearted and with still infected eyes and when I told him I was out of the drops that normally help he just brushed it off. So my primary care Dr. Does listen and he sent a script in so I could get them. Maybe don't be so cocky and listen to your patients. Just take the time to act like you care.
