Shameful Customer Service…read more The glasses I purchased from Bonds Eye Care in January 2024 fell apart in June 2025, while I was cleaning them. Unfortunately, the glasses only had a 1-year warranty. I contacted Bonds immediately and sent photos of the broken glasses to see whether they could be fixed. I was told the glasses could not be fixed, so I called to make an appointment to discuss replacement glasses. When I spoke with Jeff, he informed me that, beyond the loyalty discount given to existing customers for new glasses, the company would not provide any support. Having spent over $500 on these glasses, I was hoping Bonds would stand by their products and support their customers who have purchased defective glasses. This kind of poor service is what leads people back to the big box stores instead of supporting small businesses. Shameful.

A few weeks ago I went there again to get my contact lens exam and as always they were very nice and helpful. BTW they had a new member, April, and she is very helpful too! I did my exam and was given two weeks to try a new kind of contact lens, which did much better job to keep moisture. I went back and asked for some adjustment on my prescription and then I was given another two weeks to try that before I decided to buy. They didn't force me to order anything from them but I wanted to. I traveled a lot recently. Before my order arrived, they gave me some contact lens so I could use them for my trips. Today my order arrived but I couldn't get it as I came home late and their office will be closed this weekend. I'm flying out this weekend so I ask for help. They were so nice and were willing to drop the box on my patio. When I came home, saw my contact lens box sitting on my patio and a line of footprints in the deep snow, I decided to write this review to express my appreciation. This is definitely the go-to place I would recommend to anyone living around this area!!!
