I was out of the country the week before my first appt date (on a Monday) and got a message - you need a medical clearance first. Well, that wasn't happening a thousand miles away. My fault totally. When I called back, there's no provision to leave a message to the office, and the receptionist is clueless. I called back the (different) number I had gotten the original message from, and voila! An answering machine. No response until the Monday of the first eye from some lackey. "Ok we'll cancel today, but next Monday you're on for the other eye and someone will call you to give you the time and reschedule this one". No calls. I got my health clearance and sent it over. On Wed I called back the same clueless receptionist - do I have a time?? "Oh they'll call you a few days before". ??? It is a few days before!!! No calls. On Fri I tried again. Oh, the office is closed. No provision for leaving a message. I called the answering service to leave a message. Sorry, can't do - call back during business hours. Here it is Monday of my appt - no calls. Needless to say, I didn't go. Midday, and no calls. I'm done with them - I made an appt elsewhere. There are plenty of other providers around here.
