Don't bother with this place. My eyeglasses with a simple prescription were supposed to take 10 days to 2 weeks to be ready. It took 3 months for me to get the correct glasses! They kept telling me stories about how the glasses arrived with the wrong prescription, then they said the glasses were ready but gave me a different color frame because all of a sudden mine were on backorder and would take 2 more weeks. A month later, still no glasses, no explanation. After I started asking to speak to a manager, the glasses I originally ordered magically appeared the very next day. Totally shady, no one there took any accountability or apologized. They acted like this was standard operating procedure. This is a poorly run business! read more
