About 3 months ago in a last ditch effort to contact the Dr and not have to file a theft report with the sheriffs office in order to get my money back, I left a negative review on google. low and behold I get a reply to my review saying to be patient he was in the hospital. so I waited. at this point I find it hard to believe he has been in the hospital for a year. and even so if he has it's still his responsibility to have an employee or family member reach out to the patients and fill them in. My technician and Dr. Mann were both professional, attentive, and capable. I waited a total of 10- minutes for my first exam and less than two for the second. After updating my eyeglass prescription Dr. Man. Walked me out and introduced me to the young woman who would assist me in eyeglass selction and sending out my glasses. I told her my budget and she made sure that my progressives, transitions, anti-glare, and kodak-ultra thin lenses would all be included in my fee. I purchased their buy-2 plan so my eye exam was complimentary/included. In lieu of insurance I was able to receive my 10% military discount. We came in $200 under budget. I got two gorgeous pairs of glasses and had a lot of fun with mytech, Natcheda. I was in and out in an hour. MIRACULOUS! I loved my experience. Glasses will be ready in under 2-weeks; likely 8-days.
