Unfortunately there was a small problem - the proctor didn't remember the username and password required to start the exam. It took 20+ minutes to get the exam loaded. In the end the employee apologized and it really wasn't a big deal to me. However during this time another person was having problems starting his exam and the proctor kept going in and out of the room to call someone for help. I felt really bad for the two other people testing in the room because I'm sure all of this commotion was distracting to them. The facility does provide headphones that could help with the sound but I'm a slight germaphobe.
