Neither of us are savvy travel coordinators with time zones, nor do we want to be, so Julie's quick bookings are so appreciated. Plus, who knows, maybe she will find us an even better deal on car rental again! Julie is personable, professional and keeps herself available to you and has lots of patience with my requests to arrive before dark, etc., and explores all possibilities - very resourceful. I dropped into Mad Travel when in Naples just to say hello and meet the person who made my trips a lot easier on me. Julie just as warm in person ... I had used Mad Travel a couple times in the past when I lived in Naples and was very pleased then too.

I was told that we are allowed to call the cruise lines to book our customers and to confirm anything that needs to be confirmed naturally that's the way things are done. ummmm duh...yes thats what agents do call the crusie lines...I WAS scolded for having had called the cruise lines to confirm stuff for my customers really? I was told that I was making the cruise line you look bad because I was calling to confirm stuff my customers.. the owner of preferred has no clue what she's doing. But not preferred travel of Naples they slandered me and defamed me behind my back to the cruise agencies and several of my customers I should have sued for damages but I never did.. Their attention to detail (from our past experiences), allowed us to be confident we were going to have another great experience. Indeed, we did. We ended up canceling the cruise due to Covid restrictions. We instructed her to give us our certificates (which we own, not her) because we booked a cruise with our regular agent and never wanted to do business with her again. However, she decided to rebooked us on the cruise we already have booked with another agent! She not only stole these certificates, she has lied and hid what she was doing. We just happened to see it when we logged into our cruise account. She did not have any authority to book another cruise for us EVER. And just so you know, her paperwork is next to nothing. When we initially booked we only received a receipt for our deposit. Never did she provide us with a receipt of paid in full which she wanted more than 60 days prior to full payment due by the cruise line. Wanting everyone to know about how she practices business so no one else gets burned by her.
