My 2 loads were on meduim and dried fantastic. The liad with hot setting great. I came at 6am and no one here! They open at 5am. This is a Saturday mind you. I highly recommend this laundromat. I had plans to go to a laundromat after my visit to the DMV office (that is in the same strip mall area as the laundromat). And I saw there was a laundromat as I pulled into the parking lot. How convenient for me! I went in first to check to see if the machines were coin-operated only or if they were the cashless type. The lady at the front desk told me the machines were coin-op only. However, she was able to use my bank card to pull cash of $20 (with a .60 cent card fee). The facility looked well maintained, clean and air-conditioned when I walked in. The bathroom is for customers only and there is an oversized sink with a detachable nozzle. Nice! There are two different sized washing machines with the smaller one priced at $3.75 and the larger one at $4.75. Dryers are one size priced at .25 cents for every 7 minutes. Several tables to fold your laundry and carts are available to use throughout. There were even some lint rollers and a couple of portable lint shavers to use at one of the tables. They also provide little perks depending on what day you come in. Today was free dryer sheets day. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available via QR code access using your smart phone's camera. I went in on a Tuesday around 11:30am and the place was almost empty. I obviously came in during their non-peak time. Overall, great facility. Plenty of parking space. Staff is friendly and helpful. Laundry supplies are available for purchase at front desk, if needed.

The giant load used to wash clothes wasnt working properly. When the wash was done and after being dried the clothes did not smell washed at all compared to the other load, so I went over to the owner and brought to her attention. She was in denial that something is wrong with washer. I let her know we'd like it rewashed at her expense. $7.00. She refrused. Absolute horrible answer from a business owner. Seriously? Shortly after, she came over and said I'll pay $3.50 and you pay half. Absolutely not... that machine was brought to your attention in the beginning. I'll take my large load laudry elsewhere. I decided to try to find a more affordable place to do my laundry. I went to JP Park Laundromat for…read morethe first time. Since the establishment is small, the smaller wash loaders were taken up by the four other people in the establishment. I had to use the large loader ($4.75) each. The double loader has a double wash option, which I chose. I did my laundry as usual (using oxiclean to boost the laundry), sprinkled my detergent in the clothes in the washer, and did full scoops for the first wash and the second wash. My clothes were not cleaned. I had a black tank top with deodorant stains on the armpit, and it did not come out at all. I attached the image of the tank top after I washed it twice in the large machine loader. These washers suck. The smell of the water smells like toilet water. I will not be coming back here again. And now I just dumped $9.50 down the drain for poor machines.

They have DIY coin-op machines, as well as a drop and go service. GF and I needed to wash clothes, and didn't want to use the machines at the hotel. Prices are good, the place is clean, it wasn't crowded on a Sunday afternoon. Plenty of carts and room for folding clothes. Seating is a little thin, with just a few chairs and stools, but that's OK. The machines are quick, so you don't feel like you are going to be there forever. I think most folks use the Wash and Fold service, so it isn't crowded. And there is plenty of food within walking distance, so if you need some lunch, you're good. The crew there is amazing. They have a great system of ticketing the laundry, and they fold clothes faster than I have ever seen. If I ever need to return, I am going to be lazy and let them wash and fold for me. As a laundromat, it's top notch. As a restaurant, it's awful. Avoid the soup. 5 Stars!!!
