I placed an order on skip this evening everything was great except for the mango coconut sticky rice. For some reason the rice was blue, the flavour tasted off, never seen the rice blue before. Not sure why they did this. tried calling and was trying to explain the reason for my call. Got put on hold, I was on hold for 16 minutes. I must have been forgotten about, Because I could hear background noises from the kitchen, but nobody could hear me. Nobody came back on the phone so I hung up and called again someone picked up, and didn't say anything, I tried saying hello several times. Nobody answered. I Wasn't happy with the blue rice and the way my complaint was handled, rather not handled at all. read more

This little restaurant served us a delicious dinner. The meal was a very generous serving. The server was very pleasant and attentive. It was very clean and spacious. I hope more people find this hidden gem in Brantford. read more

Food and service was great. Plenty of parking. Ambiance was traditional but place was very clean. Will try takeout next time.

I've only had take away here, the multiple orders have been consistently flavourful and enjoyable. The menu has good variety and portion sizes were adequate. All orders were filled correctly and in a timely manner. They get busy at holidays and peak times but let you know prep times accordingly. I look forward to enjoying their food again. read more

Great Thai food served well. The chicken panang request spicy was excellent. Rice was extra but that may be a local custom,steamed spring rolls were great Was a bit hesitant since other reviews not so great but our experience was wonderful. Best panang curry i have had in long time blend of sweet and spicy was perfect. Thought price for food and service very reasonable wod recommend just sorry we are passing through and won't be back soon read more

Fast and friendly delivery. Coconut rice seemed to be steamed into one mass... did not enjoy that and would not recommend it. I read a few reviews for this place re: more sauce then sustenance... Very overpriced food for small portions. Last 2 times I went to My Thai- something weird is always amiss. Didn't get served for a long time- even though I was the only one in the restaurant. Missed putting cashews in my food- a main ingredient. read more

ordered Food and was told I had to pick up by 8pm which is fine I understand you have to close, however if I commit to coming on time which I did I'd like you to commit to making the food hot and delicious. I understand I was likely one of the last customers of the night but that's no excuse for bone dry noodles with no sauce and everything being absolutely cold, also many ingredients missing in my noodles. I have been a faithful customer of this restaurant for years but the last three times I've ordered for them the dishes had more sauce than substance. The first time it happened I made a complaint and they did nothing for me. I went back twice more because after being customer this many years you think maybe this is just an anomaly. We had Pad Thai today from this location & my boyfriend and I didn't even like the smell of it before we even opened the container. Honestly it smelt like dry dog food with hot water added to it! Nonetheless we ate 1/2 of it because we were starving and thought we'd give it a chance. Within 10-15 minutes of eating their chicken pad Thai we felt nauseous and didn't know if we either had to vomit or use the toilet. So disappointed. I've eaten here before and never had such a bad experience before. They didn't even ask how much "heat" (spice) we wanted when we placed the order and then told us it was going to be 10-15 minutes and when I left to go wait in my car they literally ran the order out to my vehicle once I sat down & closed the door, which I thought was odd. I will NEVER eat at this place again. I got spoiled eating over at Sai Thai, which is bar none the best Thai food I've eaten Thai at & I'm a foodie from Toronto! read more

Customer service was appalling. I'm a loyal customer and tonight ordered $50 worth of take-out for my family. Upon arriving at home, we discovered that the rice was missing. When I called to let them know, she put me on hold, came back a moment later and told me that the person who packed the order "over packed" it (whatever that means) and that we received the rice. I explained again that we did not and then asked her why I would be lying about $5 worth of rice when we spent $50 on food. She giggled and as I started to spark, she hung up on me. I tried calling back and it went right to voicemail. They've lost a loyal customer over $5 worth of rice. The customer service is absolutely appalling and I will never go back. read more

Food is good. Portions are excellent, very good value. The atmosphere can use some help, making the dinner hour at least more dim and comfortable. Instead of bright and wal-martish. The restaurant is very clean, lots of seating and central location in town. I do highly recommend and will very often. read more

I like the new location much better than the old downtown location! Takeout for a large group is much more expensive than any other comparable restaurant. The food is reliable - you get what you expect every time. I'm just never overly thrilled. Just "meh". The one menu item that really stands out is the coconut soup. Really different and delicious! Spring rolls (fresh and fried) are overpriced for the quantity you receive. Not a "share me" app at all. read more

I have never eaten in this restaurant but have gotten takeout several times. My favourite is crab fried rice. The vegetables were fresh and well cooked, the rice was soft and light and there was plenty of crab. Pad Thai is also quite good but the rice is definitely my favorite. read more

The stir-fry dish that I had was good. The server/manager was accommodating in terms of frying the chicken for my dinner companion, and answering all our questions. We did have to request for a knife, but other than that everything was fine. read more
