The workouts have kicked my butt (in a good way) but my favorite part is the community. I was scared at first about being a newbie since everyone seemed so tight but I feel like I'm definitely a part of the community now. The staff and all the members genuinely care about you and your progress. They provide motivation, guidance, and nutrition advice too. Burn takes COVID precautions seriously and ensures everyone wears masks inside and stays socially distant. There's lots of hand sanitizer available, as well. They also have Zoom options available for every workout that are wonderful and still very engaging. I can already see the progress after spending 2 months at Burn. The workouts challenge me in different ways, and I've truly loved the different camps available. To further explain, each camp is 45 minutes long and is completed as a group with an instructor leading. There are several different camp times available throughout the day.
