Tom is a one man operation, he is friendly, and his customer service was exceptional. He's been in business for many years and primarily garners business through word-of-mouth. He did such a great job for me that I wanted to make sure everyone knew about it. I had posted on the Facebook community group Westwood Moms asking if anyone had any recommendations for a business that could make a Big Head of one of my son's baby pictures. One of the Westwood Moms suggested that I try out RB Signs and Tom after her positive experience with him. I reached out to Tom, left a message, and he quickly called me back.
