I got my baby boy, Apollo, in July of 2020. I had been speaking with Neli since he was born in April. It was so annoying to wait those weeks to bring him home, but I was finally able to! Neli was fantastic and treated me well. She told me about an amazing Vet by my place that I was able to get Apollo into. When I took him home she gave me food, his fav toy, and his fav blanket. She was able to answer any questions I had and was just incredible. We are coming up on a year since I got him, and I am now thinking it's time to get him a sister. We love our cat. She is only 5 years old and cant walk without pain. We got her from this very breeder 5 years ago. She was just diagnosed with arthritis of the hands and shoulders. Scottish Folds will all develop arthritis. You are breeding cats into a life of pain. Please, get a British Shorthair, any other breed, please, and do not support unethical Scottish Fold breading. Our baby girl will be in pain the rest of her life. Please Google "Scottish Folds arthritis". I found the perfect kitten through My Scottish Fold. When I reached out, I immediately got a response and corresponding could not have been easier. I love the temperament of this breed so buying from this local breeder is a much better alternative to buying from a pet store who could be supplied from a kitten mill. The kittens from this company are all beautiful and healthy, and are always up to date on shots etc. They live in the home of the breeder, so they are very well behaved and extremely affectionate! We got our adorable kitten from Neli just last week. Our kitten cost $1400 and our vet fees so far have been $700. The reason? The day after we brought our kitten home I noticed a small patch of fur missing from our kittens right leg. The patch kept growing so we brought him to the emergency vet as it after hours. She had said it was either ringworm or a bacteria infection. The contract that Neli makes you sign says you have 3 days to have the kitten checked by a vet, yet a ringworm test takes 2 weeks yet Neli was unreachable for a week after we got the kitten. The contract also states that her kittens are parasite free yet she does not give them a deworming pill. The problem that I have with Neli is how she handled this situation so far. She flew out of the country and had us contact her friend who was handling the kittens care and he has little knowledge of where the cats shot was given a day before we picked him up. When we asked her friend if Neli dewormed the cat, he said she gave them a liquid in a bottle (later we found out it was homeopath, which is not an affective prevention of ringworm). We're still waiting from a response from Neli about this and I'm guessing we'll be waiting a long time. Either way, our vet says the infection or ringworm occurred before the kitten was in our care since the hair that was coming out of his leg was already dead. I just hope that she stops breeding kittens if she can't properly take care of them! read more

I recently bought a kitten from Neli at My Scottish Fold and can not be happier! Cheese is a playful, affectionate kitten with unlimited energy. Neli is an outstanding breeder who truly cares about her cats. She kindly showed me the parent cats and ensured we had all the paperwork for Cheese's shots. She even gave me food, toys and his favorite blanket to take home free of charge. She couldn't stop hugging cheese goodbye when I picked him up, which was so sweet. My husband and I adopted our first kitten from My ScottishFold and had an amazing experience. I have always loved Scottish Fold cats and did some research on where to find one in the Los Angeles area. I found My ScottishFold while browsing several catteries online. I inquired about adopting a Scottish Fold and requested to be contacted once a baby female kitten was available. Months later, Neli, the breeder, sent me an email letting me know that she had 2 female kittens with folded ears available for adoption. My husband and I set up an appointment to meet the kittens and fell in love with one of them. We placed a deposit to hold the kitten for a couple of days while we prepared our house for her arrival. Neli was accommodating and very kind. We signed adoption papers a couple of days later and were able to take our kitten home. Neli gave us food and toys, free of charge. We also received proof of vaccines and an after visit summary from her most recent vet check-up. Yes, our kitten was pricier than most other breeds, but she is adorable and worth every single penny and more. We are so happy to have her as a part of our growing family! read more

Absolutely LOVE our cat we purchased from My Scottish Fold. Neli was very careful in interviewing us and had guidelines we had to meet to buy out cat. That showed me she cared about her cats and who they were going with. We bought our Scottish Fold 5 years ago. This cat is best friends with out English bulldog. He is the sweetest, funniest, most affectionate, playful cat I have ever been around. His fur is so soft and he doesn't shed hardly any of his coat which is fantastic! The first time I was supposed to see them, Neli just happened to have to go out of town that very day for a whole week. The week went by and she said she got back a day early, and that I should come by the next day at a certain time. I went and no one answered the door of her small apartment. I emailed her and later that evening she gave me a number to call. I called it and a guy who barely spoke English answered and kept saying they have a new breed of cat for $2200. I said I wanted a Scottish Fold, and it sounded like he said that the kittens were pregnant and they weren't available. What kind of business is this??? Do not trust these people!!
