The displays of livestock were amazing and owner Roy's personal not for sale tanks were up there with displays you might see at a city aquarium. I am currently setting up a saltwater tank and was looking for live rock with checking out possible lifeforms. The customer service was over and above exceptional, even telling me to give the rocks time to make the tank ready when I mentioned what type of crustaceans I was interested in buying. That they were more concerned with the tank being ready adding creatures than making more sales immediately was mind blowing. Felt more like hospitality than shopping. When I mentioned I lived about an hour away, the owner double bagged with plenty of water to be sure everything would arrive in good shape. Prices were more than reasonable on living creatures, especially on some of the corals. I definitely will be back to get what I need on each step of putting this tank together. Thanks, Guys.

The employees were super friendly and knowledgeable, especially Jim who helped us in the saltwater department. They have a lot of beautiful fish, coral and other saltwater creatures. We ended purchasing some cleaner crustaceans at the advice of Jim to help keep our new aquarium clean. We purchased Mexican turbo grazer snails, emerald crabs and a Goby. We also purchased a pair of Banggai Cardinalfish but unfortunately one didn't make it. The only thing I couldn't understand is why the floor was so wet in the saltwater department. First time I experienced that in an aquarium store.

I swung by there over the weekend, and wow. I was blown away by the stock they have. Not only do they have live feeders for most pets ( that you cant find anywhere else close by) , and accessories, but they also sell pets in store. Ive been to so many pet stores where they keep them in inadequate enclosures, but not Full House Pets! The enclosures are proper, the pets look healthy and happy. It made me consider adding to my beardie family. There was a girl working behind the counter in the reptile room, she was extremely knowledgeable. I was able to witness her educating some other customers who came in, she is professional and truly cares for the animals they've got. I have a dog as well who is on a very specific food brand due to allergy, and they've got that too! Signed up for the rewards program with them at check out :) I will be a regular customer here.

The bigger birds had better cages and spacing. All looked good and healthy though. Really cool raccoon family animals that I think were for sale. Lots of great and unique products; I saw rabbits too. Based on other reviews, they must offer other small critters too. Prices were standard. For those that don't know, Leopard geckos and african fat tails store nutrients in their tails - my pic is an african fat tail who's tail is not fat. Why is that, you may ask? Because he is horribly malnourished. And why does he have stuck shed? Because the humidity in his tank is not up to the proper levels for correct care of the species. This place needs to be shut down. The treatment of the animals inside is absolutely horrifying. Not even the most basic of care is being done here. Pacman frog on dried out substrate. Chameleon with no mist/fog type system (or even a drip system which they need to, you know, DRINK). This place is an utter disgrace and the owner should be ashamed of himself. I came in here because I couldn't believe what people were telling me and, remarkably, it is ALL true. Every bit of it.
