He cleaned out 30 feet of our kitchen piping that had caused both sinks to back up and stop draining (okay, I put too much of the wrong stuff in the garbage disposal the night before). Problem solved in about an hour. Then I asked him to check the laundry room drain that had been intermittently slightly backing up. Again, problem solved! He replaced the line that was leaking, but instead of just putting it back how it was (in an awkward position that possibly caused the leak to start with), he fixed the pipes so the water line would fit better. Also, when he arrived he was prepared with inside shoes and took his shoes off without me having to ask (some might not care about that, but it matters to me and shows courtesy) :) Overall we are extremely satisfied with the work and friendly, professional service.
