Good food. Terrible takeout service. Was promised my pie would be ready in 15-20 minutes. Ended up taking 35 minutes. It became clear to me that the person taking the order on the phone doesn't even work inside the restaurant. It wasn't like this the previous times that I placed orders. I noticed five or six tablet screens above the cash register. So this restaurant has now switched to a third-party, taking take out orders with no knowledge of what's going on in the kitchen. When I asked the cashier, he gave me a blank look, and then blamed the person taking the order for not knowing that deep dish pizzas take longer. While waiting longer in the bare bones restaurant, I saw at least three people pick up their orders. There is no one really MANAGING the restaurant. There is the dazed looking cashier who just relays the orders to the cooks you don't know how to prioritize orders. Everyone ends up, waiting longer than they should. And no one really eats in the dining area, which is essentially a waiting room All of this has affected this restaurant service this in a negative way. It will be seeing less of my business. Will be visiting Pizza Mia instead as I've never had a late order there and their food is good too. read more

It's not the greatest pizza that I had, but it's okay if you're looking for a quite bite.

Someone at the counter told me all the meat used on pizza is HALAL. Clean location. Prices are decent Can you complain with everything in NYC so expensive. The island has the best decent prices out there read more

Ordered a pie this afternoon from here. Completely tasteless. Crust was horrible. Arguably the worst pizza I've ever had.

Pretty decent pizza but tried other places that taste better. You can order with the cashier or use their self serving kiosk. Workers will reheat the pizza they have out but it usually is not hot enough. read more

The food is Tasty and , fresh, the place is clean, the people are friendly, and it's Halal!

Pizza is horrible, don't order! They made Buffalo pizza with plain pizza and threw the chicken on top, very sloppy read more

**UPDATED** Review revised from 5 stars to 3 stars. I think they forgot how to make pizza. I ordered a large pie today. Why is the crust almost 50% of my slice??? Comon guys wake up and have some dignity. Im very disappointed read more

I don't know what happen, but over the years I only order their pizza if I have no other choice. Their cheese pizza is like eating rubber cheese, its like that even when its fresh out. Any other local pizzeria is so much better like Prontos, Crust pizza, or Richmond Rd. When you take a bite the whole entire cheese falls out, and when you take a slice from the pie, all the cheese comes off. The sauce is okay, but they really cut corners on the cheese. Even my Kindergarten and 1st Grader knows the big difference when I order here. If the owners was Italians I know they wouldnt cut corners with decent/good mozzarella. This place is an extension from MY DELI, Owned MY DELI that are Indians. read more

I was in Staten Island and needed to eat. The staff talked me into getting lunch, so I gave in (Little do they know, I am getting reimbursed) and decided pizza. One of the employees from the area recommended "My Pizza" a small local joint, so I figured why not. I mean all Brooklyn pizza is good, right? Someone gave them a call and the delivery took no time. They were priced pretty good as well. My stomach was rumbling so as soon as it got to the office I wasted no time. I really wish I decided on burgers. The pizza wasn't bad, but it wasn't the best either. It was average with nothing separating it from other small pizza joints. I've tasted this pizza in hundreds of spots, "My Pizza" put no spin on the regular slice. I tried to not spend so crazy because my job flipped the tab, but know I'm kinda regretting not getting a specialty pie. Well maybe next time, but next time I mean, probably not going back there. With so many choices, the good pizzerias find a way to stand out. read more

Decided to give the place on more shot and let me tell you it was the worst Decision I've ever made in my life. I don't know what it is about the phone girl but she has a really nasty attitude from start to finish of conversation they forgot my food when delivered to me and didn't bring it back for an hour I ordered a chicken roll and it was the size of my finger for $10 and there was nothing but pepperoni in it no cheese no nothing cold and dry because it was cooked an hour ago when it should've been delivered to me the sausage that I asked for in my pasta it was burnt not cut out very unappetizing looking and the pasta was all morphed the sauce was dried up I have officially learned my lesson and i will not be giving this business or it's employees my money anymore. They need a real attitude adjustment read more

DIRTY DISGUSTING PIZZA !! Ordered buffalo pizza once it came for delivery it looked like someone splattered sauce all over the inside of the box and put bits of chicken on it. The pizza looked so old and reheated i couldn't bear to take a bite of it. I was so disgusted!! Yuck!! The sauce was completely watered down and the pizza didnt look cooked at all. Im telling you dont bother with this place! Used to be my go to now i take my business to TORINOS on RICHMOND ROAD. Fresh baked pizza made by Italians! Not runned down by roaches and habibis read more

2.5 stars. Never been to Staten Island before, saw this pizza joint n was thinking "NYC style pizza!!!" When I saw the pizza I stopped dead in my tracks n was about to pivot around n leave, but my sister was interested in the pizza. I was expecting typical NYC pizza - paper thin, crispy, big slices. What I saw was blocky thick, Ellio's pizza style crust and small slices... The only slice that looked like a typical slice was the plain cheese that was flat..which I was going to get but my sister urged me to go for a variety slice.. the only thing that tempted me was the philly slice.. healthy helping of chopped cheese steak meat w/slices of green peppers completely covered in a thick layer of yellow american cheese sauce that cooled down... I was very skeptical but the taste was actually good. The meat was tasty and the crust was crispy and not thick tasting as I had thought. Not bad, was expecting worse..my stomach on the other hand.................. read more

Very nice workers. Extra cheese pizza and totally was EXTRA cheese which I loved! Order and picked up and it was not a long wait. I know they offer pick up large pie for like $10 which you can't go wrong with. You can't miss the sign its on a corner in one of the busiest intersections and by the highway, theres usually parking also. Also sell desserts. read more

Went with family to dine in one night and were impressed with the food and service. Ordered delivery a few weeks later and was rushed off the phone because the order taker was "the only one on a register" and there was a long line! Then she proceeded to explain how their prices were better than (others) in the area despite supposedly not having the time to answer a few questions about the menu. Customer service = big fail the second time around! read more

Delicious pizza and dishes. My favorites are vodka and margaritas but they're all delicious. They also have other plates such as penne vodka and other pastas that are also yummy. They take care and cash and have some seating in case you wanted to stay and eat. read more

Nothing too Special about this place. It's one of the first pizza joints you'll run into after crossing the Verrazano Bridge into Staten Island, right off of exit 13. The local neighborhood pizzeria. Simple Decor. Huge Oven behind the counter with the glass display of specialty slices waiting to be picked. You know the huge specialty slices topped with crazy stuff like huge chunks of Buffalo Chicken or those crazy looking slices piled high with mad broccoli that are always just waiting there when you go into a local pizza joint. This place is no different. The specialty slices almost look like those plastic toy food pieces that come with the fake kitchen set. Yeah, the fake chicken and pizza plastic toys that you played with when your like in kindergarten. It's for that reason I usually don't pick up specialty slices from Mom & Pop pizza shops just cause you don't know how long they've been waiting for you. It was a whatever though day. The dude behind the counter was cool and was ready to take my order as soon I as I walked in. "Lemme get that Chicken, Tomatoes and Onion Slice right there. You know what, lemme get a Plain Slice too" "How much are the Garlic Knots?" ... "Six for a Dolla Fifty? Yeah, I'll take six of those as well" Dude placed my order in the oven. Five minute wait. From the oven to a pizza box and I'm out the door. Gadzooks! The Chicken Tomatoes and Onion Slice were warm at best. I'm used to biting into pizza and having my tongue burned and the top of my mouth scorched. Nothing worse than eating a cold slice of pizza as your driving away from the spot. It just came out the oven for goodness sake, why is my pizza cold? grumble grumble grumble The crazy part is the pizza actually wasn't bad. The cut up onions & tomatoes added a sweet kina flavor and the chicken chunks and tomato sauce were alright. But I really couldn't enjoy it cause it was warm/cold. The Plain Slice was warm/cold too, nothing really to write off. Blah Blah Blah The Garlic Knots. Greasy little balls of dough. Not Tasty. Cold marinara sauce served with 'em. I really wasn't expecting much and I didn't get much. Definitely not "My Pizza" joint but I guess you can make it yours if you want. read more

When they first opened their pizza & wings rocked! Then it just became ok. Not a great area of town after hours. If you order for delivery they are pretty fast. The illegal aliens drive really fast. Only possible problem like I had one night was my delivery never made it cause they were stopped by the U.S. Park Police driving like chicken little on Fort Wadsworth and my delivery guy was arrested for having no drivers license. Not a happy night for him & me. :( read more

I swear they have the best eggplant parm heros in the area. Had my last one on 2003 and its still tasty as heck. Prices are super affordable. $6 for a whole! read more

This place is hit or miss. I've only ordered delivery a few times when visiting friends who live on SI. On a few occasions items were left out of the order, but were later delivered after we called to correct the omission. The pizza is usually good. We've tried Alfredo, Sicilian, pepperoni, mushroom, and plain slices, as well as a multi-topping pie. Again, pizza is generally good; not great or memorable. A couple of times slices have been burnt or tasted as if they'd sat around a while before reheating. Spinach roll is good. Friends like the garlic knots. read more

I'm giving this pizza shop four stars based solely on their unbelievably delicious...pizza. Plain slice, perfect mix of garlic/cheese/sauce and crunchy crust. Just what I needed after a long day of moving. If you find yourself traveling over the Verrazano bridge, go grab a slice. The counter service, however, was awful and unpleasant. I ignored it and focused on the cheesy goodness in front of me. read more

I used to order from this place everyday. I haven't ordered from them in a while so my wife and I were starving after being in 2 hours of traffic we placed an order. I usually don't write reviews but this was absolutely the worst food I EVER ordered it was 2 wraps and 2 square slices for my kids. The pizza was hard as if it was sitting for days. The wraps were so old that they just flaked and fell apart and filled with lettuce and literally 1 thin piece of meat and the French fries were cold and tasted like the pizza and last my wrap smelled like burnt plastic. I hate writing reviews because I feel everyone deserves a chance and I don't want to hurt anyone's business but this absolutely unacceptable. I will never order from here again! read more

Recently, over the last 2-3 weeks I ordered at different times the following; whole pizza with extra cheese, white slices (my favorite), garlic knots, caesar salad with chicken on top, shrimp parm hero, cannoli and carrot cake. I was in the neighborhood and waited while they opened up. Some specialty slices were made and were ready at 11:00 opening time so I grabbed my white slice. Oh, I forgot to mention the chicken soup. I know, its only chicken soup, but coming from someone who is used to making her own, it means something. Especially this flu season, when I didn't feel like cooking, I enjoyed their soup with a piece of Italian bread. Seriously, I thought it was good as homemade. I ordered for delivery when I was at home and I didn't have to wait long, and they remembered my Italian bread for the soup. Ordered something for the kids too so I didn't have to cook. read more

I only put 1 star because that's the minimum this place is a sad excuse for a pizzeria if anything it's a poor extension of a deli the pizza is horrible and you can tell the ingredients are very cheap in the heros and food. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone read more

My first time going and my last as well. My pizza was seasoned well i ordered the spinach and chicken slice. But the crust was sooo hard and the cream sauce wasn't cream after it came out the oven it waa dried. On top of that they cant conduct a safe and peaceful environment to eat at. A lady had about 6 kids in this pizzaria which is about the size of a classroom and they all were running around. Yellin and screaming. Will never go there ever agAin since the store manager/workers cant control or conduct a pieceful resturant read more

Ordered a grilled chicken Ceasar salad, it was ok but hella small and expensive for the size. Bari's Pizzeria or Brothers Pizzeria are a little further but have much better and bigger salads for the money, for the same price a My Pizza i get 2-3 times more salad and waaaaay more chicken! see the thing is that there are no other pizzeria's in close proximity to My Pizza so the can get away with the higher prices due to lack of close competition. Come on guys it's romaine lettuce a few strips of grilled chicken and some dressing on the side, a small for $9?! Not being cheap but I'll rather wait for a further place to deliver or spend the gas and drive and get the better salad. As far as the pizza I wouldn't know since I don't eat pizza (no carb diet) but the specialty slices do look delicious read more

I can't give it one star because I do really like their penne vodka. I am, however, unhappy with their service. I've ordered three times and thrice my order has been messed up. The first time I ordered by phone and everything was okay except the side of penne had vodka sauce which was delicious. No biggie. The second time, I ordered online and clearly indicated that I wanted the side penne with vodka sauce. They sent the chicken entree OVER the penne and then totally denied that my order had specified penne vodka. I had it in black and white in my email. This final time, my hero was wrong and the woman who answers the phone tried to lie to me and say she told us they didn't have what we wanted. Clearly, their business plan includes sending whatever they want and hoping you don't feel like sending it back. read more

This place is absolutely rude. The suppose manager Marie is nasty she cursed me out and even hung up on me a couple of times. I waited almost 2 hrs and she completely couldn't compensate or even cared about how cold my pizza was. Do not go to this place at all. They don't care about your delivery order. They don't care about anything. Customer services sucks!!!The driver even said it. They have 1 delivery person and he delivers about 6 orders at a time. A full star is even too much. read more
