The platter included oysters, scallops, hamachi, tuna, sockeye salmon, prawns, prawn heads, and squid. Surprisingly the squid was really good, since I am not normally a squid sashimi person, but it was so tender. The oysters were creamy, and the scallops were nice and sweet. The oshi was supposed to come with truffle, but I couldn't taste any. Other than that it was very tasty.
