I just left My Nails salon about 15 minutes ago. After being a customer there since 2016, I will take my nail and pedicure business some place else now. I am so damn disappointed. I sat there in the pedi chair for 40 minutes. I went through 2-20 minutes cycles in that blasted massage chair waiting for someone to come start my pedi. They sat me there, filled up the basin with hot water and walked away. For 40 minutes, not a single employee came to check on me. Not one person said "I'm sorry, we're running behind today" or "We'll be with you as soon as we can. I'm sorry for the wait" or just "I'm sorry". After 40 minutes, the guy who was working on my 17 year old daughter's nails came over and shoved the pedicure menu in my face and told me to "Choose one". That was the last straw for me. I pushed it right back and told him I knew which pedicure I wanted 40 minutes ago, but now I'm done waiting. I told him how unprofessional this all was and that I was going to just wait for my daughter to finish and leave. He said "No no, I do you right now!" How was he going to "do me now" when he was STILL working on my daughter?!? Seriously?? Do they think we're stupid? By this time I had pulled my feet out of the basin because the water had turned COLD. That's how long I had waited in that chair. The very hot water that they filled the basin with had turned ice cold. Yeah, that's great customer service.......NOT! I told my daughter she could find me in their tiny little waiting area when she was done. I wasn't leaving my underaged daughter there alone. Needless to say, after more than 5 years, we will NOT be returning to My Nails salon. They never once apologized for anything. Not any of it. read more

My favorite place in the whole area. The lady owner is absolutely amazing and I've never had any issues. Since they moved next door to where they was prior the space is great. I've had services done by a lot of the staff and never had issues. I prefer either the female owner or the skinny (fancy dressed) ladies, but the rest is great as well. Sorry I always forget everyone's names. read more

Very nice inside. BUT , some of the staff is rude ! Long story short I had to curse my nail tech out because we got into a argument over my color. She kept speaking under her breath because I didn't like my nails. And NO I'm not that customer that complains and makes a big deal. You don't know how many times I've dealt with the fact that I hated my nails or even took a nasty drink home from Starbucks and fixed it there. I'm so nice ! But not a pushover ! Don't talk under your breath after I politely said I didn't like the color ( she agreed that if I didn't like it she would change it ) and she tried to paint OVER the ugly color !!!! Are you kidding me , then had an attitude when I said " H*LL NO ! " so she took me there , all I could think was Tammy , don't go to jail over her. She called me a ugly person. I said " NO , B ! I'm actually nice af ! But you keep disrespecting me ! Over a nail color !!!!!! " long story short I didn't pay for my nails she said she'd take the color off and I can leave I said cool. She filed the color off ( barely) and it was uglier blue powder all over me and she didn't dust it off! I can't believe it - oh and I'm banned ... like I would ever go there again , please. read more

Went a few different times. The interior is one of the most beautiful decor I have ever seen. The first I bled on a few fingers and toes due to toughness. The next time my nails were so destroyed and thin that they were constantly flaking and hurting. The man was angry, could not communicate at all and when I told him that it was all crooked he didn't care. He left halfway through and I kept asking everyone around me that I'm not crazy, my coffin shape thumb was extremely slanted and off. They can't do different nail shapes properly. read more

Today was my first time at this salon. I was extremely impressed with the layout of the shop. When I arrived, I explained to the lady at the desk I wanted to remove the current color and get a manicure with clear gel. After a very brief wait a young guy walks up and starts filing my nails. Ummm, can I get a greeting or what? Nope. So, I interrupt by asking "what are you doing?". I should have asked him to confirm the requested services because not only did I NOT get my basic manicure but I still ended up paying $25.00 for a simple color change. He removed and reapplied my gel polish. While he was working on my nails I asked him about my manicure, he responded with "It's too late". My cuticles look horrible. I was so frustrated because he kept saying "come back next time, it's too late". The shop wasnt busy, so it wasn't too late for him to provide the requested service. There were a number of available technicians walking around not providing services to customers. The whole experience was just frustrating. Maybe this was an isolated incident but it was enough to turn me off. Not sure if I will return. read more

I have been going to this nail shop for 2 years and have been a loyal customer. I come here every 2 weeks and get a fill in and design and today I came in and I got a fill-in and ask for a design. The color that the "Manager" had put on was bubbling up and I ask her if she can change the color because I dont want to come back next week to get it fix, so it was better if she fix the issue than and she told me I would have to pay $10 extra dollars to take off polish I wasn't even finish with my service and I told her no I will not because I am not satisfied with this color and its bubbling up. She told me she will take it off and I need to go somewhere else to get my polish and told me to go wash my hands. Do you know how hurt I was because I have been coming here for 2 years and done sent multiple customers over to this business. read more

First time there. Nice atmosphere. Appears clean. I've been getting my nails done for 15 years and never ever got an infection. I got an infection in one nail. Will never go there again. I called them and they acted like they didn't understand English. But when I said should I tell you about the infection or the Heath Department. They understood me then. read more

Today I went to my nails spa this is not the first time I've been here it's about the third time I've been here it's close to my house so I figured why not. The first time I came they had a young boy to do my pedicure and the paint job was horrible. But I decided to give them another chance I had a ball to go to and I was crunches for time I came in they did a great job. So I came back in today and my god it was horrible I wanted a pedi and a fill in as I always get that. It was too many people there because a came close to opening time. They got me right in it was a little before 10am. The tech took so long on my pedicure it was ridiculous. I asked for gel polish and he painted them he was taking too long so another tech took over for him. They painted all my toes and realized they were wrong and took all the polish off and repainted them by this time it's 12 noon. I still haven't gotten my fill in I let them know I'm in a hurry now so I need to go they took me over to get my fill in but there was no seats so I had to wait additional time. I waited for about 30 minutes and decided to leave I'll never be back to this place again. read more
