My Nails Spa - Nail Salons Near Me - Spring Lake, North Carolina

I have watched this salon go so far down hill in the last 3 years. They went from ok, acceptable to down right rude and terrible quality paired with equal customer service. I won't even begin to mention the lack of sterilization between clients. For the price, you can get better. read more

Got a pedicure and the person just rubbed lotion on my legs. It wasn't even considered a massage. They legit just RUBBED lotion on me. Like I could have done it at home for free. It was a waste of money. They were nice but quality is lacking. I should have listened to the bad reviews. They were correct. If you look at all of the positive reviews, they're fake. Most likely made by the owner or employees that work there to boost their business. 95% of the positive reviews are all fake. Google reviews and Facebook reviews are all fake. That should have been my 1st red flag. I just took off the polish and redid everything. I have buyers remorse because I could have went somewhere else. I'm most pissed about the massage because I was so looking forward to it. So much money wasted! Just go somewhere else. Im warning you now. So glad I didn't splurge and got the most expensive pedicure because I would have been extremely mad. read more

Wish I could give them ZERO stars. SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISGUSTING!! Everyone knows lashes are supposed to be glued individually not clustered... so gross. She should be fired. read more

I recently left the area, but have been going here since arrival (5yrs) I wanted to leave a review as it's hard to find a good nail salon. Search no further. Tony was my tech, and he's fabulous. Very courteous, young, and talented. Tom and Amy are the owners, and also a great choices when booking. Nicha is another recommended tech if all others are busy. read more

Definitely not a recommendation!!! Made an appointment and still had to wait 2 hours finally got in the chair showed my picture of what I wanted and got a quick fix up after complaining the owner was more than rude and would not fix the design. Great experience! This is the first nail place I've been that felt so clean and sanitary! The shop is beautifully designed, I love the backsplashes and color scheme. My eyebrows were waxed and the lady was super friendly and nice. My 5 year old niece and I got pedicures as well. They have chairs for children, how cute! They use disposable products, including the liners on the basins! The atmosphere is so relaxing and quiet. The shop offers many different options for pedicures. Overall I had a great experience read more

They updated the salon to have a bar and it's way bigger. You have to spend a minimum of $35 dollars to get a free drink (alcohol). They are open Sundays 12-6pm . I did a basic liquid gel fill which was quick and looks great! Everyone was super nice. Getting me seated and my service started was quick. I haven't tried they're pedi yet but there were quite a few people getting them done and everyone walked out happy with what they got. Definitely will be coming back. Also the prices aren't bad at all ! For all you army girls out there I definitely recommend this place they know what colors you can have and the length . If you find anything wrong with their work they fix it immediately with no attitude and no second thought. read more

From the previous reviews I gave this place a try. I had a good experience the first time I went but one of the guys that worked there ripped my acrylic nails off with a card after my pedicure and ruined my nails. He never asked me before I started what I had on before and got mad that I didn't tell him I didn't want the acrylics anymore. I've been trying to grow them back for months now to a healthy state. It's still not there and I will not be returning here ever again. read more

BEST PLACE IN THE FAYETTEVILLE AREA. I live on base and I have no idea why I ever went to the gross nail salons on yadkin rd. This place is so incredibly clean and it looks so gorgeous inside. They also offer a glass of wine (its small and in a plastic glass) with a purchase of over 35 dollars. Would not go anywhere else. Seriously take my word for it. They also stayed a half hour later when we mistaken the closing time on a Sunday. Trust me they are sweet and amazing. read more

Went for a full set and I really should have just left. The man who did my nails was so aggressive and rude. He wouldn't let me get what I wanted so I settled for an ombré that he kept "suggesting" I get. He went to trim my nails down but was doing it so fast and sloppily and he actually clipped so far back he trimmed off the tip of my nail bed. ACTUAL SKIN AND FINGER MEAT. I really should have left but I was with a friend and she drove so :( I also didn't know how to react. He goes to remove the remaining acrylic from an old set on my hands and he was prying it off so quickly he was done in 10 seconds. That speed of his ruined my natural nails. He thinned out my nails so much and they were pretty much shredded down to the nail bed. When he went to prep my natural nails for the acrylic the speed was so high on the drill bit that it burned like hell on my already thinned out nails he was still shaving down. After he applied the acrylic he was still shaping it with the wrong bit so he had to increase the speed which, guess what, burned the f out of my fingers. When he was finishing up and filing the nails he was filing so aggressively that he cut deep into my pinky and tried to play it off like he didn't know that it had happened. I'm used to a few grazes when then go around your cuticles but this man actually cut me. Like DEEP cuts and missing parts of my nail bed because of this. I really should have left but I was just shocked and really didn't know how to react. And after all of that I still had to pay the high price that they set. EDIT: they were also filthy, trimmings everywhere read more

BEWARE... yes the place is nice inside BUT not as clean as it appears. Had a pedicure not sure the tools were sterilized. Gal that did my pedicure (which lasted 27 min) didn't rinse off the callus remover before doing the lotion rub, needless to say my legs were on fire!!! Questioned her on it and she argued with me saying she did rinse, nope! Think she was too busy chatting with her male friend!!! Won't be back. read more

Definitely won't be coming back here I've been a loyal customer for 6 months & every time i go back there are more issues. Their products are cheap & old. My nails should not be breaking & chipping 4 days after getting them done! Only one good worker there & that's Anna. read more

The nail salon looks nice now since they moved. People that work there aren't professionals at all. Some are rude just leave and than someone else is "finishing" without saying anything. I tried a couple different nail artists without any luck. They don't know how to file the nails or how to even do simple designs. Very disappointed in the last job they did and I won't go back! read more

Always a rush job, charged me for making them fix their mistake. The nails never last I'd I'm lucky I'll keep them on for two weeks.

They did an okay job...I'm not comfortable with them not having sealed sterile packs of utensils opened in front me before getting started. You know what they did...sprayed the tips of each tool with alcohol prior to using it. Maybe instead of using all that money for a bar that gives you wine (box wine)...they should get more utensils and a bigger sterilizer. Am I Wrong??? read more

There is one particular man who works there that would do my nails every time. Even if someone else was available, he'd make me wait so he could do my nails.. He always asked inappropriate questions about my husband & I. & would mock me when I talked. I tolerated it a few times but finally I couldn't tolerate it anymore & went somewhere else. They are good at what they do. Very welcoming & fair prices but I won't go back because that man made me so uncomfortable. If he left, the place would be perfect. read more

This place is so dirty but charges clean prices, lol. $40 for a "basic" pedicure. Meanwhile, try not to catch a staph infection. Please clean your chairs, floors etc with the profit you are making. Also, if you want to charge $40 for a basic, at least have the technician give a good service and not rush through doing the bare minimum. The "basic" included a hot stone massage which the technician literally rubbed 2 stones in the front and side of my legs for about 30 seconds each leg. Disappointing and not what I expect for the price and description on their service menu. Edited to add: I asked for a manicure with no polish. I did not have gel on my nails to remove nor fake nails to remove. All it involved was a cuticle trim and filing my nails. The tech charged me $20!!!! $20 fucking dollars for a cuticle trip and file. She didn't even buff my nails. Please don't give this establishment your money on overpriced crap services like I did. read more

I got my nails done here today. Very clean and people here are nice. I definitely recommend

If integrity is important to you--take your business elsewhere. I called before I went to the shop to see how much a full set of acrylic with a painted french tip would cost. I was told that it would be $35.00. Okay, no problem. I went in and told the young lady four times what I wanted because she kept trying to get me to change my mind, but I knew my budget. Finally, she decides that she will do the white tip; I am assuming it is because she doesn't want to paint the tip cause surely she is not about to decide how much I will spend of my own money. How wrong was I? She finished my nails, and my thumbs are two different-sized nail tips, so one is wider than the other. Then I was going to get my eyebrows arched, so I confirmed the price and wanted to know my total with my eyebrows. She tells me my nails are $50.00, and my eyebrows would be an additional $15.00 (FOR WAX). Of course, now, I am dumbfounded because I walked into the shop and told three different people what I wanted, all of which spoke perfect English until we began discussing cost at the end. So, the young lady decided that she would upcharge me $15.00 for the white tip that she chose to do WITHOUT me requesting it and thought it was okay because she was giving me a $10.00 discount, and I would pay the additional $15.00. I will NEVER return to this shop again. I hate I was in such a hurry to go that I did not take the time to read the reviews. Take your money elsewhere to people who deserve to have it!!! read more

Went there earlier today it took a hour and a half for a fill in and ombré color...She clearly didn't know how to do ombré but she continued to try as all her co workers stood around her work station to watch her make a mess. If I was told it wouldn't blend I would have choose something different. It. looked terrible, nothing like the display nail. I told her I didn't like it she agreed it looked bad because of the color I choose but insisted I still had to pay $15 for my fill in, which I didn't mind, and $15 for the ombré which I refused because It looked terrible. Then when she realized I wasn't going to let her get over on me with the $30 she said ok $20 because your nails were long, which she didn't include in the initial price. I just wanted her to take it off and I would gladly pay for my fill in. I would recommend Unique Nails in Fayetteville. read more

My toes look great but my nails are not what I wanted. There are holes like bubbles in one of my thumbs, I asked for ombré and it's done badly, the man cut my finger trying to rush and file and on top of that I had an appointment at 6 and they took 30mins to start me...whats the point of an appointment. I paid 150$ with no problem because it was an hour pass closing but I will be going back to speak with a manager and someone has to fix this mess. read more

Went there today! Very organized and sanitary. Best pedicure ever! Great job to everyone there! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

This place looks amazing on the inside, but don't let the aesthetics get your hopes up too high. Their staff is extremely rude and LAZY. They only have two employees willing to do their jobs. I couldn't even get a french manicure without them arguing in the background about who was going to complete my service. Once I thought I finally had someone to work on my nails, he walked away. I assumed he was getting the supplies for my service..turns out he was taking a lunch break after seating me and asking what my service of choice was. After waiting for over 30 minutes, I decided that the service wasn't worth it. I got out of the chair and sat back next to my friend. Next, ten minutes later, he finally came back and asked me to sit in the chair. I told him that I no longer wanted the service and he proceeded to joke around and told me that it was "Okay." The manager didn't even bother to turn his head from his snake game that he was playing at the front desk. Despite all of this, waiting close to 40 minutes for a bottled water wasn't that bad. read more

RACIST JOKE at the expense of its patrons.. My mother and I went get pedicures, my mom asked for black polish with a gold design on her big toe. Where to begin, absolutely loved this place when first moving here they did my nails well acted professional and corrected any issues of there were any. it went down hill, the place changed its imagine and is aesthetically nice but the manners are non existant and they steal from you.YES STEAL as in put their own tip into the price how do I know this because i checked my account at one point whilst in the salon and realized an extra ten dollars was missing. (tipped them ten in cash) and when I spoke to the manager she started yelling saying it was my bank charging me to use the card. I have never EVER been charged to use my debit card, I went home and called my bank, nope they dont charge me under any circumstances. I then look at my purchase history with them, all an added ten or so dollars. Now let's put that aside, I've had three instances where one nail tech a very snarky and sarcastic man would insult and mock me. I'd say oh sorry that's not the color it's more peach or pink etc. and he looked upset and said have to have it your way, pissing me off. Like really? I pay for this why wouldn't i pick out the color that was correct(brought picture as reference) also I've had plenty of my nails chip and get destroyed and they're reluctant to fix them. To top it off they joke about people of color a lot and I heard them making fun of two women and them saying, big black ladies always the problem. No I'm not doing her feet you know why then walks over to a white woman instead. The manager is defensive and will embarrass you if you've been wronged. Long story short dont go here unless you want to be made fun of, stolen from or lied to!! also I've never seen them clean their utensils! read more

This was my first time to My Nails after trying a few salons in the area and by far the best experience yet. I went in for a shellac manicure and spa pedicure and I could not be happier. The nail techs really take their time (no bleeding cuticles!) and the prices are extremely reasonable. A basic shellac mani or regular pedi starts at $25 and rises with added treatments. I chose the Earth stone pedi ($35) that comes with a 10 min massage w/ paraffin wax dip and the Shellac Spa mani ($35) with massage and paraffin wax dip. Overall, very happy with my experience and this will be my go-to salon from now on! read more
