My friend and I were looking for a spot to get our nails done and stopped here after calling and they had spots open. There is a sign on the door that they don't take walk ins. My friend got a dip manicure and pedicure, I got my dip set soaked off and a new one put on.  Hygiene standards were not followed. After soaking my dip off, they did the standard dip application but at no point did they have me wash my hands before sticking my fingers into the communal SNS powder. This is an easy way to spread bacteria and germs! The same thing happened with my friend- they did not have her wash her hands after prepping for the manicure. read more

Been going to see Hai for my nails for a few months now. He's so good! I've paid far more for my nails at other places in southern pines and they do an absolute trash job. Hai always makes sure my nails are even and smooth. Not only that, but he SANITIZES everything and the place is always so clean. Their policy for only 2-3 clients at a time makes the place so relaxing I literally fall asleep sometimes. Highly recommend!! read more

I was able to call and get a same day appointment (they don't take walk in's) and the gentleman (I believe he is the owner) who did my nails was great. He took his time and was very professional. I can tell they really appreciate and take care of their clients. The atmosphere is very peaceful as they only take 2-4 clients at a time which adds to the relaxation of the salon. They also have a large selection of gel and dip colors to choose from so if you're looking for something specific they probably have it. Their hours are Monday through Friday 7am-4pm and Saturday 7am-2pm. read more

I almost don't want to write a raving review so that this place stays the hidden gem that it is. I've been to quite a few places around Pinehurst and Southern Pines. This salon hands down has the best service with a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. They exclusively do only SNS so you're not hit with a wave a toxic fumes when you walk in. I had an appointment with Hai and he was very easy to communicate with and talk to about what I wanted. My SNS manicure looks AMAZING. Hai is very thorough with a careful eye for precision. I rarely write Yelp reviews...but you want to avoid this place. I have never actually been able to try their services...but it was not for lack of trying. I stopped by around 2pm (they close at 5) on the Saturday before the 4th of July. I was told they decided to take off early...no sign or notice on the door. I just stopped by again, thinking it was just a fluke thing. Nope! I stopped by at 4:30 (they close at 7) and was told they felt like taking off early to go to the pool.
