Every time I have been in they have been super busy. The price point is super reasonable, you may have a wait but they are pretty quick once they get started. The service is hit or miss, but I believe that depends on your nail tech. The boss/owner (older gentleman), the younger male nail tech, and two younger girls (one does the complex nail designs and the other is related to the owners I do believe) are the ones I would suggest asking for. I went in and got a set done, one mail chipped the day after getting my service. I went back in and they fixed the mail quickly and free of charge. The owner himself was the one who personally fixed the nail. They were super apologetic and thanked me for the opportunity to let them get the service right. They were quick and I was in and out.

Heals of feet are still rough she couldn't speak a drop of English and my nails were long I ask her to just file them down don't cut them. She smiled and nodded before I knew it I had very short toe nails upsetting. Not very pretty when they are down short! Owner had to interpret everything too busy talking about nothing. To really make u feel welcome. I had to take my own toe spacers off and try to put my shoes back on without messing up polish. It's absolutely terrible. Today I went back and asked for a polish change, I told them I was just there on Sunday and I didn't like what she did. A new person repainted my nails solid black, but he only applied one coat of gel polish. I still have streaks and bubbles, and he charged me another $30 So upsetting!! I will absolutely never go back to this place. I've been going there for two years, and it's really so maddening.
