She don't even section my hair just blow dried it all and it came out straight, dull and horrible. It looked worse than I went in. When I expressed my disapproval she told me that was what I asked for! Then added product to hair that made it sticky and even worse. And I was charged $40 plus tip. Very, very bad experience.
