I usually had my nails done in Atlanta but I was looking for a nail salon closer to home. I had an appointment for 2:00 for a regular manicure and pedicure and was finished by 2:50! I had to stretch my arms out across me for my manicure while balancing on a pillow, which including balancing the nail dryer on the pillow. All while the person doing my pedicure moved my legs and feet. Of course she couldn't scrub anything because my nails were being painted, which also meant the chair massage Couldn't be turned on! This was Suppose to be relaxing but because of the positions I had to hold, it caused me neck pain. I have a fusion in my neck. The total bill was 80.00 even after I explained the issues and I still tipped 20% . I was not Even offered a discount! So just sharing my experience and why I'am NEVER GOING BACK!! read more

Bella Nails is TOP NOTCH! I went there and got full set of acrylic nails with design. I had SEVEN do my nails. You want a PROFESSIONAL? SEVEN IS A PROFESSIONAL He is from GWINNETT County. Soo you know he HAS experience! It truly shows. The time he takes listening to what you want, the design, the creation, all from scratch is absolutely beautiful and original! The new management makes a big difference. Everyone speaks and is so nice, willing to help. I have found my Nail place! I went to the other place that mislead the prices, that chose other ppl ahead of me while I was waiting & waiting, while they forced their powder instead of what I wanted, acrylic. Expensive compared to other places in town! got a simple overlay with no extensions or designs and it alone was $50! I called afterwards to ask what their price for my service was because I didn't see it in person and honestly thought I got overcharged (the lady that did my manicure was a little rude.) it was $50 at Bella and I called my usual place, Modern Nails and their price for the same service is $28! The nails did look nice though, especially my pedicure! I might call to check in on the price before I go somewhere for a fill in! read more

Bella's isn't Bella's anymore ~ there are new owners! Doesn't look like they will be changing names! I went the 1st day they started doing business in this shop ~ the male owner kept pushing the new email, something like "Lucky 7777! He's very arrogant! Anywho ~ he doesn't listen very well ~ i prefer square round, not pointy! Guess what I got ~ pointy!! Not having time for him to fix his mistake, my thoughts were to address on my next visit. Well ~ my next visit was my last visit to this salon. After Nichole did my fill-in and got my shape back, I proceeded to check out and to my surprise ~ he (the owner) added additional charge of $5.00 for reshaping my nails! I informed him that I'd wouldn't be returning, he then made some comment about changing my nails, I then reminded him that he didn't listen to me in the first place!!!! He gave me that male stupid look!! So, long story short ~ beware they'll nickel & dime you! I guess because they are open 7 days a week with 12 bodies ready when you walk in the door ~ they want to reach deeper into your pocket. NOT MINE!! read more

I came with previous owners and now with new, have never had a bad experience. They take there time and do good work. I recommend Nicole for pedicures she the best and takes pride in her work. Lee did my dip nails he was amazing! Both were engaging and everyone makes you feel so welcome! I drive 30 min for them it's worth it at least to me. read more

Go get your nails done here! Kim was amazing and did my dip powder (sns) nails. The employees even stayed later than their closing time just to get me and my friends nails done. Alright so I'm not the one to leave nasty reviews but here it goes. Came in and needed a fill in and pedicure. Wait wasn't long, sat down and she started on my feet. Waited a HOUR later then she finally started on my nails. ANOTHER HOUR goes by and I'm finally done. Got so frustrated I told her just to skip the fill in and paint my natural nails so I could leave! A mani and pedi never takes this long. The fumes in that nail salon were SO STRONG it literally takes your breath away and gives you the worst headache. This cost me SEVENTY TWO DOLLARS. Please, take your business else where! read more

We went Saturday, three of us went together. They was rude. Cut us a few times. Wasn't what we ask for. And the lady with glasses smacked my daughters hand. The design they done a 2 year old could did better. And charged 180 for 3 sets of nails. read more

They did a great job but unfortunately my sns with tip nails only lasted about a week. I noticed some cracking starting the day after I got them and then most of them easily popped off when going to put clothes on or opening a bottle. read more

Never go past 5 o'clock. We got there and they told us it would be 30 mins. Then they let others go before us who didn't have appointments. We waiting an hour and twenty mins for a pedicure. Then we had to sit for 30 mins with our feet in cold water. The pedicures wsuppose to take 45 mins they only lasted 20. They made my toenail bleed. I got my eyebrows done and they didn't make them even. I had half my eyebrow taken off and I hate it! read more
