I guess for what I got done to my nails I paid 55 for my nails. The next day I lost three of the nails and the rest are chipping away one by one. All they said was they will give me $10 off my next visi. That is not good enough for me. I feel I should get a free set on my next visit. My nails are 3 days old and they look like shit.

This was our first and last time here. We each paid $65 for the "Prima Donna" pedicure, but after…read morethis experience, it should be renamed "Prima Not It." Holly rushed through my pedicure so badly that she actually cut me. The guests across from us were already being serviced when we arrived, yet somehow we were both finished before them. Clearly, our toes had somewhere important to be because this was the express-lane special. The manager gave us 10% off, which we appreciated, but she didn't seem very interested in hearing our concerns. Then Nellie, the receptionist, repeatedly asked, "Can I help you? Can I help you?" Ma'am, relax--I'm disappointed, not delinquent. We were not about to dine-and-dash with wet toes. We fully intended to pay; we were trying to address the rushed, mediocre service--along with the fact that I left with an actual cut. For $65 per pedicure, we expected better care, attention to detail, and professionalism. Prima Donna? Prima Not It.

Let me start by saying I'm a bit of a pushover. I went in with a specific look in mind; I wanted…read morebalayage with blonde highlights. I've been getting regular highlights for years and didn't want that look anymore. Showed pics of the look I wanted but the stylist talked me out of it saying my hair was too thin to freehand, the grey on the top of my head needed camouflaging, and it would take a lot longer to do. See model pic for the color I asked for. My own fault that I gave in, so now I have an all over my head color, not the color or the application I wanted but not horrible. The service took 3 hours. Lora the stylist was very nice and explained everything to me along the way. However, I do not like when stylists cut hair dry. When you do that hair gets everywhere, and you can't style the new cut because the hair is already dry. So, I couldn't tell what the cut really looked like because the hair was dried flat to my head. The next day I styled it myself and thankfully the cut was good. I will also say that I thought that $200 was high: $125 for highlights, $48 for cut, and $20 tacked on for shades (no idea what that is). I really liked the shop and think there may be other stylists there that can give me the color I want. So maybe I'll give it one more try. As for COVID precautions, the checkout was not contactless and some stylists don't wear masks.
