It's the best souvenir store in all of Traverse City. And the cherry on top was Nick. Nick was the most personable and amazing store clerk we have ever met. He was happy to hear our stories, share his own, and give us his feedback. Nick should have a raise. We love Nick. Everything about this store was made better by the fact that Nick was working here- and it was already a great store. 100% recommend, everyone who visits Traverse City should visit this store and Nick should get a raise. Thank you!

This past weekend I bought my favorite pair of boots of all time, and a beautiful maxi dress only to misplace the bag in another store later that day. I didn't realize this until I got home (2 hours away) on Sunday after all the stores were closed. We called Monday to the store where I believed I had misplaced the bag and they hadn't found anything. Afterward, What to Wear with my number in case anyone returned my bag in the future. Today (Thursday), I received a call from a What to Wear employee who had been in the other store on Sunday and had seen a What to Wear bag behind the counter. When she came to work later this week and heard my story, she remembered seeing the bag and called the other manager to inquire about it for me! She then called me to let me know that she had a lead and that I should call the other store again to leave my information. Turns out, the bag had just been misplaced at the other store and was found! All that to say I got a call that they found my bag and I can come pick it up! They cared enough about me as a customer to still care after the sale and follow up on my bag almost a week later. I am a forever loyal customer to What to Wear! It was already my favorite store, but now its employees are some of my favorite people.
