My biggest issue was with a cashier name Damaris register 6 on Monday afternoon after 3 pm. I was in line waiting for register but there was a couple behind me that got out of line to look at the gift bags. Well y hen it was turn to go to the register and verses Damaris paying attention who was next as I was walking to the register the sort of screamed at me telling me not to jump the line that the other couple was next when I explained what happened she did not care she said it again so I got upset and said fine take them but I was before them they are looking at bags you should pay attention and look at the cameras and I was just upset she got an attitude after that and mine was bad already train your employees to pay attention

I was told I couldn't use the dressing room at 8:15 PM, even though the store closes at 9 and the fitting rooms were supposed to close at 8:30. Meanwhile, a Latino woman who was also waiting was allowed in with no issue.i was told she was the last person even though she wear me sitting there for 10 minutes. I was trying to get her attention but she was ignoring me prior to open the other fitting rooms for me. Then she started speaking in Spanish to the other lady while ignoring me . I was blatantly ignored. She started to get hostile once I said I felt discriminated against. When I said "Excuse me" to one of the workers, she rudely pushed a large clothing cart in my direction--nearly hitting me. The entire experience felt hostile, unwelcoming, and racially biased. SHOP WHERE YOU'RE WELCOME. It was made very clear that they didn't want us there.

A long-time Houston family planted in Houston and have been in business for prob over forty years or so! Father and son business and I came to them to have some jewel appliqué embellished jeans hemmed because I'm a petite 5'1 girly and it's hard to find jeans that fit! I called them on Easter weekend and they were about to close shop early for the holiday weekend but I caught them right before closing and they agreed to stay open just long enough for me to get there and drop off the jeans. I arrived and Mr. Imparali (their dad) stayed after just to measure my hem and then the tune around time was quick! Just a few days later we picked up the jeans and they even expedited it for us. Excellent customer service, above and beyond, and precise, dependable work on the hem! I'd highly recommend them and use them in the future! Just the sweetest family honestly!

I was told to hurry up and make a purchase by a manager while deciding which product I was wanting to purchase. I thought maybe he was having a bad day. Only two days later the same manger told my cousin to hurry up and pay while he was looking for his debit card. This is no way to treat a customer. My other concern is on highly anticipated releases they force you to buy merchandise at a certain dollar amount to be eligible to get a pair of shoes. I'm sure this is illegally and I'll be contacting the proper people within the state to find out the exact laws on this manner. Long story short take your money somewhere else where it's appreciated.
