Found out about this place via a livingsocial deal (My Massage Therapist Deluxe Massage with Hot Stones, Hot Towel Facial Treatment, Foot Scrub, Drink, and Chocolates), which sometimes is a good thing and other times not so much. The good is that you get a chance to experience new places, the bad? Well, I am new to Houston and as such don't have a realistic idea of what is near and what is far and the traffic flows in the different areas, so when Google told me this was 35 minutes away, I did not mentally prepare myself to be driving for an hour and 10 minutes. I appreciated their flexibility to book me, there is a $5 fee for scheduling after 6 which I didn't mind paying. Most of the communication was done via texting, and the "office" would call to clarify or confirm from a blocked number... a bit different, but that's fine. My massage was set for 6 pm, I got there for about 6:04 (I received a call at 6:03 pm as I was making a u-turn to the location) and rushed into the building. I was greeted by a masseuse, Kimberly, who asked me if I wanted sangria or some other drink (sorry about my memory - I should have written this review last week). Needless to say, after being stuck in traffic on the other side of town, I gladly accepted the sangria. I had to fill out a form and pay the $5 fee, so by the time I laid down it was 6:15 pm. Kimberly was very nice and polite. I think I went into this experience with a lot of expectations, which perhaps I shouldn't have. The massage was okay, did not really help ease any of my muscle tension or stress, it was kind of like being gently touched for a prolonged period, which can be relaxing if that is what you enjoy. I was expecting to get something with a bit more pressure, not as much as a deep tissue, but still enough to loosen my muscles and dispel my stress, which most swedish massages do. With that said, it wasn't a bad. The foot scrub was probably about 1 minute per foot (the scrub was placed on, rubbed around, and then taken off) I guess I was expecting a foot scrub similar to what you would receive at a pedicure. I don't recall getting a hot towel facial treatment, but I got a hot towel on my back at the beginning of the massage. When Kimberly finished, it was about 6:47 or so, so I was confused since I expected the massage to at least go until 7, but she told me that she had another client at 7 - so I just said okay, thanked her and left. I expected a 60 min massage but I guess it was 50 minutes (?). Anyways, I don't think I will be going back because the commute was a bit much, and the massage did not really stand out for me. I purchased a Group-On deal for My Massage Therapist and used it recently. I realized after that I bought the deal for the same price as what they offer at the place. Therefore, the Group-On deal is worthless. Also FYI, taxes and tip are not included in the Group-On deal which is standard. Group-On is used to advertise companies but normally are at discounted prices to attract new customers. Scheduling was done all online. However, it states online to text the phone number after online scheduling to confirm the appointment. When I did text, there would be an automated message or copy/paste message stating to fill everything online again. I did receive a confirmation email but was still was confused after the text but left it alone. Once you find the location, you enter a gate and see buildings numbered. This massage location is located in the first building which is the first building you see straight as you enter the gate. There are plenty of private lot parking behind the first building. When you enter the building, you will see the directory with My Massage Therapist listed as "wait in lobby". The lobby is located to the right, where a table with two chairs are located. Exactly at my appointment time, the masseuse greeted me and asked what kind of alcoholic beverage I wanted. I forgot the complete list but recall mimosa and sangria from it. Like other places, you fill out a form and then proceed with the massage. Masseuse didn't ask about what preferences I had after I filled the form out. However, the massage consisted of basic massage with hot stones (only on extremities), hot towel facial treatment and back, and foot scrub. After the massage, you get 2 pieces of chocolate and an Epsom bath salt to take home. Conclusion: I've experienced better. I literally was not sure if I even felt better from the massage. Did not relieve my stress or tension. If anything, the music and dark, calming ambiance helped more. Hot towel facial treatment and foot scrub probably lasted 4 minutes all together. Very strange & racist woman. I'm not sure how she has any good reviews. Some of her "good" reviews must be fake. Upon arrival she didn't say hello or offer a greeting. Without looking at me, the first thing she said was, "Fill out this paper." I replied with a smile and a "Hello, how are you this morning?" She responded by saying, "I come from a multimillion dollar family so I don't have to work. Everyday of my life is great!" I was very confused but politely said, "Well it sounds like you're grateful." Things spiraled downwards from there. After she made a racist comment to me I was done. She was unprofessional, pushy and now after reading some other reviews, what kind of person REQUIRES a tip?! Also, look at how she responds to the bad reviews. Solid experience here. The location is a bit awkward (not to mention out of the way if you live in Houston) in an office complex that looks like an apartment complex, but once you figure out where you're going, it's easy to come back They give you a small glass of wine and a few Russell Stover chocolates while you're waiting, which is a really nice touch. They apply scented oils to the pillow covers to add to the relaxation. My fiancé went with lavender and I went with eucalyptus. Neither of us were disappointed. The massage included hot stones, which I'd never experienced before. They're very relaxing. Part of the massage was even similar to a facial. Overall, it was one of the better massages I've ever had. I'll definitely come back here for the price. The two main knocks on the place have to be scheduling and pricing. When I purchased the Groupon, I thought I was getting a deal, but they tell you outright that the Groupon is their actual standard pricing. When I buy a Groupon, I expect a discount. That's the whole point. Also, scheduling for a couple is extremely difficult. You either need to do it on a weekday morning or really have to book early to get the spots filled. read more

Yes, yes, and yes! Never been to a massage place before, other than what you find at the local mall, when wanting a chair massage. My fiancee got a deal via GroupOn for chocolate, wine, and a 50 minute massage, and my goodness it was worth it. The only drawback was that it was difficult getting a couples massage, because it is a small room, run by two women, making it difficult to find two empty slots. There is a bookcase like divider in the middle, so you never see the other person, so it's not like some kinky scene from the movies. I had the lavendar scent and it was great. I was comfortable the entire time and felt lovely beyond words. I'll say it did feel a little weird undressing, but the massage therapist wasn't in the room during that part, and as a woman I felt you could leave on your undergarments if you wanted, but I took off my bra as my shoulders get cramped easily, and I didn't want those obnoxious straps in the way. Hot stones were part of the massage, which felt great and were placed in my hands, not on my back as I've seen in pictures of what a hot stone massage would look like. Don't know if that makes a different, but it did help unwind me. I also wasn't disappointed, as I wasn't expecting it to begin with. With the oils, soothing music, and pressure points during the full body massage, and even a mini facial, I felt the whole thing was worth it. The two girls were friendly and one of them, possibly the owner or manager (I wasn't sure) was funny before and after the massage. She did seemed a bit stressed at the beginning of the appointment, but I think that had more to do with us showing up and the layout of the venue as it appears to be a former apartment complex. I can only imagine how many people left not knowing how to get around. So give yourself a few minutes extra, in case the buildings and room numbers have you slightly disoriented. I bought the deal on Living Social. It said $35 # 50% off but actually it's NOT 50% OFF, its the regular price they have offering. The price was printed on business card. Asked for Sheri but ended up had DJ (??)for my penal massage. She was okay. I asked for a stronger massage and emphasize on certain area but maybe my due date was close and she doesn't want to do anything by any chance to induce the baby's arrival. I understand that. The environment is relaxing, good aroma. I got Lavender. They included hot stone in the massage. (50 mins). At the end of my section she gave me a Lavender bath salt and a gift for my baby boy. Worst communication ever.... I purchased this Groupon and called the number to make an appointment. The automated message directed me to go to a website OR text my appointment times PLUS the VOUCHER BARCODE NUMBER to confirm my appointment....(more on this below) When I got to the website, I was suppose to click on some book icon that redirects me to this "blogger" looking page where I was suppose to "post" my appointments. This whole experience is really confusing and weird. So I started to put down my times and hit submit when a window pops up and says please chose a time and date. I got an email confirmation. When I called the number a few days later to reschedule, of course no one picked up. I decided to text my reschedule times to the number BUT I left out my bar code for the Groupon. I got a reply insisting that I identify myself as either a Groupon buyer (and that I provide the voucher bar code number in order to reschedule) or a cash/credit card paying customer... Issue Number #1: Nobody ever answers the phone and communication on both website and text is extremely lacking in professionalism and information. HUGE ISSUE NUMBER 2: Demanding that I download my voucher number is EXTREMELY a fishy act of character on the business because once you download the voucher according to Groupon, that voucher is considered a used voucher and that you redeemed your services. See the problem? I have never had to show my Groupon voucher until AFTER or WHEN I SHOW UP to redeem my services, NEVER BEFORE. Issue #3: The person via text insisted that I identify myself as which type of customer. When I did, I got a response of "I thought so".... I know some businesses require that you mention you are using a Groupon voucher during the appointment but even if you forget, they are not PRESSURING YOU or DEMANDING that you label yourself. I am going to consider this Groupon and business a waste of money down the drain. I already called for a refund but Groupon has a horrible refund policy and that is another story for some other rant. read more

I have been to many spas and massages centers and this is by far the worst experience we have ever had while paying for a massage. I was excited to find a living social deal to try a massage place so near to my house. The manager is rude and lacks manners. Communication is very unclear and scheduling an appointment is very difficult via their online system. She might be better off with an assistant to help her with the schedule and people. Location: it's in a hidden location that looks like a house. If you ever get lost don't expect them to answer the phone as they do not take calls. She will only text and expect to receive rude messages. Once you get there it's only two small bed cubicles( well decorated) next to each other. You will be asked to be quiet as everyone can hear everything that is being said in the room. There is nothing great about the massage and if you are lost they will cut your massage very short. I never got my massage from Sheri but from an assistant. It's truly a shame as I would have recommended to my family and we have been known to drop a pretty penny on massages if it's worth it. Can not believe Groupon, and other sights, support this business. For starters, it is a personal residence...in a neighborhood. I agree witht he other review regarding communication: it is horrible. Usually takes over a day for her to respond, unless she is sending passive-aggressive/angry texts. I won't go into details, as I am shocked by the unprofessionalism in the business, the owner and her texts; however, will say I am very glad I did not go inside her house alone with her. I've had a bit of soreness from what I think was a muscle strain in my back. I'm getting older so I don't recover as quickly as I used to. I play tennis and I want to make my body lasts as long as possible. My Massage Therapist is very near my house, offered deep tissue, among other therapies, and has good ratings on Yelp. That was all I needed to give them a try. I've had very little experience with massage therapy and back surgery a few years ago, so I wasn't quite sure what to expect. Sherri met me at the door, got me checked in and showed me around. She was running the whole show today. Scheduling is done online and communication by texts, all very efficient and appropriate for the service. I did not pay much attention to the instructions on the required paperwork prior to arrival, although they were quite clear on the website. Fortunately, I got a text with the COVID questionnaire and the Intake Form that is needed for the therapist to perform the massage. I was able to fill it out in a few minutes. If I had not done it prior, it is available at the office, but it may have eaten into my massage time. There was also a little video that showed the location very clearly. The massage was excellent. I had forgotten to include calf tightness on the intake form because I was mostly concerned about my back. However, Sherri found it immediately and applied a muscle stimulator to loosen it. I'm pretty impressed with the whole experience. Sherri is very direct and goes right to work. I really appreciate that in someone who is working to diagnose and fix issues with my body/health. My original fears about massage therapy with a previous back surgery were quickly assuaged. Sherri understood the issues and knew how to treat it. I feel a lot better now. Due to the excellent service, location and price (very fair), I believe I will have regular massages here in the future. They offer several other services, like teeth whitening and different massage therapies. Try them out, I don't think you will be disappointed. read more

This was NOT a massage. Had this not been a gift - I would have walked out as fast as I walked in. It seems I experienced the same issue as multiple people - NO PRESSURE. That was not the only issue: 1) We received a text 1 hour prior to our scheduled appointment, asking us to be there in 15 minutes because they were running early. The whole point of having a scheduled APPOINTMENT is because it works with my schedule - if I wanted it earlier, I would have requested that time slot. 2) We walk into this random business and have two woman (one in complete skin tight work out gear) come out and fill out our massage form (the one that specifies where we want pressure, any pain areas, etc.) without even asking us. We put our names and that's all. Never experienced that before. They asked me if I wanted a drink and handed me a plastic cup of cheap "Moscato". This was as much Moscato as my name is Benjamin Franklin. 3) We were brought into some random back room and I was told to "take off all your clothes but leave your panties on". I've had over 20 professional massages and NEVER left underwear on. I was leery but I was trying not to judge. As I'm taking off my clothes, my "masseuse" walks in without even knocking or announcing she is coming in! I'm not a bashful person but this was a little concerning. 4) Here is the kicker. I am told to lay down and as I pull the sheet away from the table...THERE IS DOCTORS OFFICE PAPER ON THE BED! At this point - my skin was crawling and I wanted to leave ASAP. NEVER have I had a massage that I needed to lay on the paper used at a doctor's office. The only thing this indicated to me was - they don't change the sheets in between each customer. Repulsive. 5) The masseuse (it was not Sherri), proceeds to talk to me for 20 minutes. This is extremely frustrating. During the "massage" she was texting, dropping things and another customer walked into the room! And to top it off...she was "rubbing" my body. I have more pressure applied when I put soap on in the shower! This was NOT A MASSAGE! This was some random woman (I couldn't even find her license) applying cheap oil and rubbing my body with one hand, while she text with the other. And I was sweating because the room was stuffy and I'm laying on PLASTIC paper! 6) Then out of nowhere she says, "you're done." I wasn't sure what she said, so when I said "what?" she responded "your session is over, you need to go". She then runs out and starts cleaning the room as I'm still trying to get dressed. Not a thank you, hope you enjoyed...NOTHING. At one point she says "we take cash and check for tip." Sherri comes over and says "we need to get the next customer in, show them where the door is". My masseuse points to some back hallway and walks away. This was an absolute nightmare and it was a total waste of money. I will NEVER recommend the location or this business. They are deceitful, unclean and unprofessional. This was NOT a massage and I have to believe they have all these "deals" on Groupon to get ANY business. This place is a little far from where I live but if you are in Energy corridor or Katy area, it is not too long to drive. As many ppl mentioned, location is at a little weird place but parking is no stress, which I like a lot. Thanks to the person who posted the front door picture otherwise I wouldn't be able to find this place. I had a prenatal massage and it was great! I was given a welcome gift - baby clothes and socks. It is very sweet of them doing this. They also gave out chocolate, water (For preggo), and bath salt. The room is cozy and relaxing. They did a great job on the while setup and wlecoming guests. The massage went fine. I was not feeling my muscles are fully relaxed. However I will come back again because the whole session worth the price. I bought the Groupon for couples for wine and chocolate a few years back and I was not impressed. I've never been back since and I tell people not to waste their money here - this is why: We were left a lot! There were two women essentially tag teamed us. One did stones and the other did massaging, so each time they traded off you were just left there. When they teach you massage therapy, leaving your client is the biggest no-no for two reasons - it disrupts the flow and relaxation of the client and it leaves them wondering where the therapist went and when will they be back. Its unsettling to be mostly naked on the table and then to have someone walk in and start rubbing you like they never left, and you end up hoping that it's the therapist and not some random stranger. It was altogether and odd experience, and I didn't leave feeling relaxed. Also, at the time the groupon price we paid was the full price so it wasn't really a deal, i felt a little cheated at that. From their website it looks like they raised their prices, but I didn't think the experience was worth it at the Groupon rate and it definitely isn't at the new rate. read more

I've always been very happy with Sherri's massages and so is my wife. We often get a couple's massage. To my surprise I'm reading all kinds of negative reviews here, which doesn't seem to make sense. And there are only a few reviews shown. Well it takes a bit of research to find the list of 54 (!) "currently not-recommended" reviews about My Massage Therapist that are almost all very positive and much more in line with my experience. I'm buying the vouchers all the time and from my perspective it is great that the purchase of the vouchers and the making of appointments is all online (although they now apparently do have a part-time front office person). I personally like the previous (private resident) location, but their new office location is good too. A quick drink of wine before the massage is a very nice touch, and of course it's from a plastic cup. Who in their right mind would expect glasses in a massage salon, unless it is very upscale and expensive. To me this is all very much reflective of the informal atmosphere that Sherri creates, which helps me relax. About the massages from Sherri and her girls: they are definitely top-notch and very attentive. Sherri particularly has the ability to find the sore spots even when I don't tell her about them. Most of the time we go to My Massage Therapist for relaxation and just an hour of luxury indulging Swedish massage, which is their standard offering. But when one of us has some real kinks that need to be worked on, we are always very happy to pay extra for the deep-tissue massage. If there is one complaint that I have, it is that My Massage Therapist has come to be so busy that we now have to book many weeks in advance. No more spur of the moment massage vacation for us (unless somebody cancels and Sherri remembers to call me about the open slot). But then: the wait is worth it. I have tried those strip-mall massage places and the subscription salons but neither offer the quality and personal touch that is Sherri's hallmark. Keep up the good work! read more

My review is over a year old, yet here you are STILL going on about it. Shows your character. I guess it never occurred to you that I am using my first name here on Yelp, but I actually go by middle name. So the ONE thing you are correct about, in your rebuttal is that a "Susan T" has never had a massage at your place of business. The reason I returned more than once is because I believe every business deserves a second (and sometimes third) chance. And your prices are hard to beat (but now I know why they are so low, and after giving you three chances - I learned my lesson). In one breath you say that "As an instructor I am qualified to know if a therapist is "GOOD" or not. I believe the women who works" and in the next breath you say "None of my previous contract therapists work with me anymore (I have new people)". Why is it that none of your previous contract therapists work with you anymore? If you are SO qualified (as stated in your own rebuttal) then why get all new people? Again, I know what a Swedish massage is - I prefer that type of massage. So please don't insult MY intelligence to make yourself look and feel better. I am not slandering your business. I am giving an honest review on my opinion of the massages that I received. Just because you DON'T LIKE what someone has to say about you and your business, doesn't mean it is untrue or slander. Visited this "House" on my b-day to receive a massage. Well Sherri isn't the therapist performing the service, some timid young lady is. It wasn't considered a massage but more so a rub down with fancy oils....I questioned the entire time as to if this young lady even had a license...Sherri communicates with you thru txt message about your Groupon information but yet doesn't perform the service and that's fine if that was communicated when scheduling but people are under the impression that she does the massage. Anyway I wouldn't go back but I wish her well but lookin at the reviews her luck will run out soon if changes aren't made. read more

This is my truthfully honest OPINION so no need to reply owner of the bussines I see u like to do that . lol First of all I see people complain that its hard to find. Its not if u know how to read.lol the email clearly has the address and building number. The instructions are pretty straight forward u go in the building and to ur right there is a little bench and a little round table with 2 chairs . there are 2 russle stovers chocolates individually wrapped . one coconut and the other caramel .u have a choice between sangria, mimosa, and red or white wine. In a small plastic cup. I feel like the cups could be nicer, it would add a more elegant touch . u fill out a waver asking if u have medical problems , u sign it and on the back u have a choice of aroma I got vanilla it was nice . u go into a nicely decorated small room with 2 massage tables separated down the middle. U can't see the other person . u undress until only in panties . lay on a table face down , in the face part they add the aroma u are covered by a warm blanket .she put oil on my back and spreded out with the hot stones that was nice , the hot stones where placed in my hands and I was VERY lightly touched (massaged) except on my right shoulder she did it really hard and I felt pain for the next 2 days no lie. I didn't say anything idk why maybe I was being a little bit of a pushover, I couldn't manage to say anything unfortunately just took the pain. I honestly did not feel comfortable or relaxed and she kept coughing , completely took me out of the zone I was trying so hard to get into. it was awkward and I wanted it to end . they do like 2 minutes of foot scrub that was cool I guess then wipe it off with a towel. Then u lay on ur back and they place a small towel over ur eyes and rub something on ur face for like 1 minute then wipe it off, also some minty thing on my lips . she lightly rubbed my arms and chest and then it was over. I had bought a Groupon for my mom and was gonna get mine at a later time because I had not deposited money into my card. through text she had asked me to pay cash or debit for the other one since I had only bought 1 at the time . I bought another Groupon instead because they offered an extra 20% discount. And she got onto me about that. told me that she could match price because Groupon charged her a fee. she made me feel bad and cheap in front of my mom . lol not cool. my mom said she enjoyed it but idk maybe she did or maybe she just said that so I didn't feel like it was a bad gift. she also payed one upfront for my dad and he told me he didn't like it either . thats why I'm thinking my mom just said that . so overall I would not return personally. please stay away, very rude and unprofessional. I purchased a groupon for a 50 minute delux massage with chocolate and drink. I was looking forward to it. I called to schedule an appointment but no answer. then I get an automatic text telling me to go to website to schedule an appointment or to text back to schedule. When i did. they responded and said no availability on left for saturday but to schedule for Sunday at their website as there was still spots available. I did for 3 pm and then texted them back. They responded there would be extra 5 charge for sundays plus needed to pay a tip. I said ok to the 5 extra and did not respond to the tip. plus they wanted me to pay 3 extra for tax. PLus they wanted to change massage to soft relaxation massage with foot scrub and facial massage only. I explained to them that is not how Groupon works. My massage therapist was a great massage. I only went once because she talked too much! I knew everything about her. She talked nonstop. I go for a massage to relax. That means i don't want to talk or listen to the therapists dialogue I gave her two stars. I would have given her 5 stars but her talking made the experience unenjoyable! read more

This was mine as well as my girlfriends first massage. We decided to go for our anniversary. When Sherri saw that I only scheduled one appointment for an anniversary she made a point to call me and make sure there was two people coming. Didn't feel any judgements either. It was a tad confusing finding the location but made sense once we did. We were immediately greeted and offered drinks and asked what scent we wanted. Then we were taken to our areas and given instructions. Sherri did my message and Kimberly I believe did my girlfriends. Sherri was amazing she really worked out my knots in my shoulders, and made me feel so relaxed. Karen said Kimberly was a tad too gentle but it still felt really good and was really relaxing the chocolates were delish. Honestly, you get more than what you pay for. The area may seem "odd" but it's in a professional building, just not what you'd typically think. Secondly, Sherri is very responsive and makes sure you're clear about appointments and dates. She was accommodating to my husband and I. She offers complementary drinks, chocolates, bath salts and since I was getting a prenatal massage, I also recieved a gift for our little one. Seriously, you get way more than what you pay for. Alright, so now is my turn. Now that I look back, i was foolish not to do extra research on this place as I usually do. I had many professional massages before: deep tissue , Swedish , but this one was definitely not a professional massage. 1. please do not get dark bed sheets, as we customers don't know if the sheets are clean or not. The girl asked me to undress and to cover myself with the blanket. When I touched the sheets i knew I will not cover my body with that. It felt oily and did not have a clean fresh smell. That was my first turn off 2. i doubt that the girl that gave me the massage was licensed. It felt like she was trying hard to hit some points, but there was no consistency and knowledge on how to give a proper massage. At one point I started to count how many time she was rubbing the same spot on my left leg. I knew that it wouldn't get any better if I would complain to her as she had no clue on how to massage. Finally, she warped up the massage by rubbing a dry stone of my face ( up and down) - i have never seen or experienced that before. very odd. 3.at the end she made sure to tell me that the yellow box was there for the tips. 4. left tips only because I know she worked hard and out of respect, even though she had no clue what she was doing. 5. when i was heading out, Sherri told me that she will give me the same deal next time. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst massages I have ever had. My husband and I were in for a couples massage today. I had specifically asked if we would be together, and was told 'yes.' We did go in the same large room, but the tables had a wall between them. Although very nice, my "therapist" NEVER told me her name, even when I asked if she was Sheri (the name on the forms we filled out) she simply replied 'no, I'm not' I was totally surprised when she came in to my room to do my massage. The massage itself was nothing more that being rubbed down with lotion/oil for 30 minutes. I have had many massages, Swedish and Deep Tissue, and this didn't come close. I specified on their form that I prefer a focus on my back, head, and feet; but she spent the majority of her time rubbing my CALVES! She started the massage with my calves/feet. The foot "massage" was simply rubbing some lotion on, then wiping it off. The back massage, once she got there, was OK, but nothing like a true massage should be. There was no isolation of tight muscles, no real "massage" at all, just rubbing lotion around. I did get hot rocks, on my CALVES, of course, and on my FACE! very strange. I was left uncovered (therefore cold) way too much, and the masseuse left the room on several occasions during my session. My only hope was that my husband was receiving a better massage than I was. Sadly, he didn't. His comment as we left was " is THAT what y'all spend so much money on?" Very disappointing. I was also charged tax on top of the Groupon I had already purchased. I could overlook alot of things, including the booking confusion, lack of communication by the masseuse, and the additional charges, if the massage was relaxing and beneficial. It was not, and we will not be going back. After reading Shari's reply, I respond as follows: Thank you, Shari, for your reply to my earlier post. Just to clarify, my husband and I arrived at 9:30am for our 10 am appointment today. We were in no way late. We have no issue with the length of the session. Very unprofessional you will have your appointment booked for nearly two weeks just to get it changed the DAY BEFORE..and the owner will only try to cover up her poor customer service skills by saying they tried to help only AFTER YOU TAKE YOUR BUSINESS somewhere else. I am very displeased by this place and as i see in the reviews i am not the only one who feels this way. As i see a simple taking ownership on behalf of YOUR company's error is too hard of a pill to swallow for this lady she hasn't even acknowledge the error on her companys behalf all i hear are excuses. But she waits a whole week to notify me of this change and i stay an hour away..the txt did not even give me the option to accept or deny it was set and it specifically says "please come at 10:00 not...is this a good time will this work...? And obviously they have no regard or understanding bone for pregnant women ...I bet she will come and respond with some BS answer..now ppl is this the kind of company you want to do service with? Not only that she does not want the customers to see people's REAL experience she will try to block and delete these comments and call them NEGATIVE....But like sherri said my personality and expectations are not a good match for her place and she is right because i am of HIGH STANDARDS.. I purchased a couples massage on Groupon, so I called the number to book the massage. I never got an answer after SEVERAL attempts over several days! Finally, I went to the website to try and book the massage. I was having problems with booking on the website, so I texted the number on the website, and proceeded to try and schedule an appointment. WARNING, this person on the other end of the phone will absolutely refuse to pick up the phone, and call you...nor will she EVER answer if you call!!! I was so frustrated, telling her I paid for a service from groupon for this place, and all she would do is continue to TEXT me back with excuses why she could not book a massage for me...for at LEAST a month!! I went back and forth with her through text ONLY for several days, because she still refused to talk to me on the phone (or at least have someone to call me!!!) I have never had to go through anything this stressful to book a massage!! Another problem I had...I tried to find out where they are located so I could drive over there and check the place out, she REFUSED to give me the address of the place I would supposedly be getting my massage. This place is the most fishy business (if it even is one) that I have EVER dealt with!! Thank you Groupon for giving me a refund!! If I could give it no stars, I would!!!
