Y'all, let me tell you when I originally started going to this place and it was great, they really helped my back pain and it was very convenient because I didn't need to make appointments weeks in advance. I always thought it was weird that you had to pay upfront and have to provide a tip before even receiving the service but regardless I went because they were good actually better then some high end places.
But todays visit has become my last visit. First off the place is no longer like it use to be. It had a weird odor, very unprofessional, the lady came out of the back as if she just woke up, unprofessional dressing, but I ignore it. I initially went in for 60 min massage but she kept pushing 30 mins, ( I should have known to walk away at that time ) . Then she put me the room and I had to ask her to change the sheets as it looked like someone just came out of the room. Then when my service started literally 2 mins into it the lady hears the door open, and she leaves mid way to attend this other person with the room door open, and is gone for 15 mins. She apologizes multiple time, and I let it go thinking its rough times for business due to inability find employees. But she does it the 2nd and 3rd time. It seemed like she was more interested in getting other customers then providing good service to the person laying there. By this time I am ready to leave because in the 60 min service she has been gone for almost 25 mins. I was put in a awkward position, so I wasn't sure what to do. Then all of sudden I start hearing 2 people going back and forth talking or yelling at each other in there language. Again I was just trying to leave now, but all of sudden she goes no no I make up the time, so I stay quiet, ok maybe she will be better. but All of sudden I have 2 people in the room, without my permission yelling at each other and while one is working on my back and the other person person applying painful pressure to my legs. I have never felt so awkward. Then all of sudden both individuals going crazy and literally hurting me. All of sudden I feel an awkward hand positions in my inner thigh and going up and then suddenly say thank you we are done. I didn't ask for 2 people. and I paid for a proper full 60 min massage. She started around 7:15 and in-between gone for 25 mins, and the massage ended at 8pm. I quickly got dressed and ran away. By the way no one was there to greet me, in the past after you massage they greeted you and made sure you were ok, the professional stuff but this time nothing not even a bye. So you can see how bad this place has become. Unprofessional , no respect , unusual massage technique. Save yourself the trouble, keep your dignity and save your money. I was a very loyal customer and sent many people here but never again. I do not want someone else get violated like this. read more
