The fidelty when playing music from my phone is poor. 3 stars is probably too much but they are nice people. Just very poor customer service and an average product. Sbop around before you buy. Hours are 8 to 4 and they are closed Saturday also. Retail that seems more about them than me. Oh well, live and learn
