My wife and I tried whatever we could do to unclog it, and just couldn't figure out why. We ended up calling around and trying to get general estimates. Depending on the task at hand, Bruce gave us the most reasonable quote and we decided to go with him. He was very responsive online and available the same day. Some of the plumbers had given us dates that were well into the following week, and almost twice the price. When Bruce arrived, he made sure he kept the work area clean, worked on our sink, and after we found out that the job needed was worse than we had initially thought, he encouraged me to look around in case I didn't want to go with him. The new project included sawing off the existing galvanized pipe to the laundry sink, which was severely clogged with corrosion and sediments, and having it replaced with PVC pipe she is replacement. We decided to go with him for the new job and he completed it quickly, with quality products, and at a very reasonable rate. They only painted part of the wall and left the top two ft. and ceiling unpainted. The paint used was a plain white and NOT the colours I requested. Somehow the GFI plug for my fridge was tripped so that everything in my fridge/freezer is now spoiled. The fridge itself was not cleaned on the inside. None of the handyman work discussed with Mark during his visit was done. My brand new, I had delivered from Amazon, digital 6000 BTU unit air conditioner that I had for only a week was apparently destroyed and replaced with an inferior unit. All my clothing and bedding and towels, that I paid an outrageous amount to be taken out washed and returned to me, is missing. My diabetic supplies are missing... my hat collection that was supposed to be washed and returned is missing. While my coffee table was replaced... it was replaced with an end table not a coffee table. My TV stand was taken... fine it was crap... but again... not replaced! There is more but I'm tired of writing this.
