Where do I begin? I did not get the service that I paid A LOT OF MONEY for. I am extremely unhappy. The paint job done at my place was poor quality and incomplete. They only painted part of the wall and left the top two ft. and ceiling unpainted. The paint used was a plain white and NOT the colours I requested. Somehow the GFI plug for my fridge was tripped so that everything in my fridge/freezer is now spoiled. The fridge itself was not cleaned on the inside. None of the handyman work discussed with Mark during his visit was done. My brand new, I had delivered from Amazon, digital 6000 BTU unit air conditioner that I had for only a week was apparently destroyed and replaced with an inferior unit. All my clothing and bedding and towels, that I paid an outrageous amount to be taken out washed and returned to me, is missing. My diabetic supplies are missing... my hat collection that was supposed to be washed and returned is missing. While my coffee table was replaced... it was replaced with an end table not a coffee table. My TV stand was taken... fine it was crap... but again... not replaced!
