History

Established in 1973.

AAA Steam Carpet Cleaning began it's humbling beginnings in Waterloo, Ontario in 1973 with Lynne and Larry Reichert operating from their basement. They saw the need for trustworthy and honest carpet cleaners, and they were right. The company quickly out grew their basement and over the course of a few years they moved to several building till their final location in Kitchener on Bedford rd. In 2000 AAA branched out and started a franchise with long time tech of 18 yrs Dave Hahn and started up a like minded company in the Niagara Region. AAA Niagara has been operating from its location on Line 1 in NOTL ever since. We saw the need to take away not only all spots, spills and odours for our clients but we also wanted to removed the risk involved in hiring a company for the first time. So we offer the best warranties in the industry, Money Back, No spots return, and even if you spill something we will return and clean for no charge.

Meet the Business Owner: Carol H.

Carol is a partial owner and has been running the office since we opened in February 2002. She is great at her job and has managed to do it while raising our seven kids and when we were foster parents as well. Carol is the back bone to our business and meets the needs of our techs and our clients. We have received many compliments about how friendly and helpful she is in the office. If Carol doesn't have the answer she will try her best to get one for you.
