This is the place , my workout today was with Dave , he first stretched me out then incorporated some exercises and back to a nice long stretching me out its what my body needed I felt like I could take on the world leaving today . This had changed since my initial membership. Funny how that appeared when I complained to management. Bad business. Also, if something in life came up, you were able to cancel a class you signed up for to let someone else have your spot. That is gone - not smart. This is a shame because all of the instructors and trainers are spectacular and I am guessing they are frustrated too. Lack of trust and poor app modifications. The edge went rapidly from a 5 to a 2.
