You get that one-on-one attention, without the crowds, without the staring, without the general population imprisoning equipment while they interact with their phones. You can pay per session, or however your trainer chooses to bill you. This means you can customize your workouts based on your schedule and what you can afford. But don't cancel your regular gym membership. You cannot come here to work out without your trainer. That is what helps keep the crowds away.. So if you have an excellent trainer like I do, he or she, will give you a workout plan for you to follow at your regular gym. Btw, I have an amazing trainer there, and from what I see the other trainers are dope as well. The max # of people I've ever seen at one time is 6. Meaning 3 trainers with 3 clients... so it's never congested. And it's sanitary. I see the cleaning lady every Thursday morning when I go. I wonder if I can hire her to clean my place like that? She is definitely thorough!!! AD Fitness is an excellent place to go if you have any personal fitness goals. They have so much knowledge to offer when it comes to your physical form. From losing weight to building muscle, you can do it here semi-privately and be exclusive!!! The gym itself is severely lacking in equipment; they simply don't have enough gear for you to get a proper full-body workout.
