She had an absolute blast. There are more advanced areas for bigger kids with a knack for adventure, like a small obstacle course, rock climbing over a foam pit, and they also have a vertical incline that kids can climb with the assistance of an employee (harness required). This is a wonderful place to get all that kid energy out. They have arcade games and a small cafe which has pizza and hotdogs. The cubbies are near the front door and also near the bathrooms on the right hand side. Leave your stuff at your own risk (i've never had an issue). There is a lot of parking, but stay clear of the truck bays to the left of the entrance. One of the employees said there's free coffee for the parents on the weekends, although I've never had any.

I've lost weight, my clothes fit better, and I've gained noticeable muscle. But the real magic? It's how I feel after every class. Energized. Empowered. Clear-headed. I never thought I'd be someone who looked forward to working out--but here I am, genuinely excited for every class. Orange Theory in Fairfield has stolen over $2,000 from us and will not correct the issue. In April…read moreof 2023 I went in for a trial day at Orange Theory Fairfield. Mo, the manager said that in order to do the trial day I had to sign a contract, but that I could cancel same day. I did cancel same day and they and I do have that on file. They continued to charge my American Express for a total 18 months and never turned it off. I called a month after the visit to ask them to refund the charges, they said they would but it would take 15-30 days. Every month after that I continued to call to remind them that the charges had not stopped and that we had not been refunded. November of 2024 I asked them to please escalate this as it had not been addressed or resolved. Mo, the manager said he was handling it through their finance department and again it would take some time. I went in to the location with my husband today and asked if we could have the name of the person who CAN fix this, as they are now saying "they have asked for it to be fixed, no one has fixed it, and that's all 'they' can do. The manager Ralph today, said he can't do any more to help us. Again we asked for the name of the person who CAN help us and he said "Rich." We asked for Rich's contact info an Ralph refused. We have stopped getting calls back from Mo or Ralph. Does anyone know who this "Rich" is? How do we get contact info for him? Or even someone at the operating company "Empire?" This has been an epic run around for us and we still have not been reimbursed. So far we have: 1. Contacted Mo (Manager) who has promised many times it would be refunded, he has stopped returning calls. 2. Contacted Ralph (Regional Director) in November, no call back. Went in today and spoke with him in person, he says he can't help. He said "someone" told him to stop helping, and now that he has been told to stop helping, he will, in fact, stop helping. He will not tell us who this "someone" is. 3. I have filed a complaint with the attorney generals office and left several messages. No response. 4. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, no response. 3/3/2025 I just confirmed with American Express that no attempts have been made on either of my cards. Mo at Orange theory keeps claiming that he is trying to issue a refund, but American Express confirms they have not tried. And they can't claim they don't have the correct credit card info, because they successfully charged the card for 18 months unauthorized. Per AmEx both cards I have given Orange theory are active and in good standing, no restrictions.

Brave Bright Theater Kids has exceeded my expectations!…read more Ever since my 4 year old daughter (just turned 5) could walk, she has loved performing whether dancing, singing, or just playing make-believe. People always told me to get her into ballet or gymnastics (the typical little girl stuff) but I wanted her to have fun and not be locked into any specific activity for 5 months with the pressure of a "recital" or "routine" or "performance" at the end. I know my daughter and her interests and wanted a class to help her to explore her creativity as well as expand on the skills she already has. Thankfully, I found Brave Bright Theater Kids! Ms. Nicole (owner/instructor) has such a warm, welcoming and child-friendly personality. The moment you walk in the door, you know your child is in a safe and positive environment. We tried out a trial class to see if it was a good fit and it definitely was. I love the variety of skills Ms. Nicole helps to develop in the children. She teaches tongue twisters, new songs and dance moves, yoga, and creative games and has the children perform make-believe and improvisational activities. I really like that she doesn't tell the children what to do, she encourages them to create an idea or scenario and allows them to make it up as they go along. And it's all imagination, no script and no props! She provides the children an opportunity to perform in front of the class with the safety that if they choose not to, that it is perfectly okay, and if they do, they have the support of the small class of friends. After the first class, I didn't even need to ask my daughter what she learned because she just started singing the "Hello, hello, hello" song which begins every class and told me all about what she pretended to be and sang another song she learned and couldn't stop talking about the class. The week continued with her talking about and performing what she had learned the first class. After the second class and so on, she continued with the enthusiasm and she'll be starting her third session with Ms. Nicole. At the end of every class, Ms. Nicole gives each child a treat of some sort (a sticker, a chocolate, etc.) with a word of encouragement and personally provides parents with an update of what or how their child did in class. This class is a great experience for young children who love to perform without the stress of memorizing and practicing week after week for a big performance at the end. My daughter has gained confidence, has made new friends, and is able to be creative and be herself in a positive and safe environment. Brave Bright Theater Kids has exceeded my expectations! Thank you, Ms. Nicole

None of these 4 options offered me the motivation or structure to keep my commitment for more than 2 months at a time. I've been an active Koko member - going 3-4 times per week -- for a year and it's changed my life. I've not only dropped 25+ pounds but I ran my first half-marathon in May. Strength training programs are individualized for you, and each machine will lead you through your customized workout. It IS like having your own personal trainer, but automated, which is even better! There are also 15 minute cardio programs (on both the treadmill and elliptical) that are both quick to do yet intense enough to give you a complete workout. And, for those of you who are driven by data, each member can log on and access their workout history, track their strength gain, eBMI, and lean muscle mass progress. Koko even offers nutritional planning and menu options, based on your individual profile. Oh, and the place is immaculate, the staff is supportive and friendly, as are the other members. If you're looking for a new fitness club that will keep you engaged while also fitting into your busy lifestyle (did I mention that I'm a full-time working mom of 2 little boys?!?), you should definitely head into Koko and check it out.
