They have 2 showers/bathroom areas and one bathroom to accommodate needs. It's a plus that Its 24 hours to accommodate your schedule. They have plenty of parking in a shared lot. When it comes to the fitness equipment it's not repaired or updated regularly. The TV on the stair master has been out for a year. In addition, some of the ellipticals do not take information like your weight if you desire accurate calorie counts or the levels can not go past a certain point without the machine restarting. They have limited equipment because its smaller. They have one stair master and you frequently have to wait as its a high demand machine during regular hours. There is one upward bike and one row machine, etc. It can get pretty hot. Not sure what is going on with the HVAC, but wish it was cooler on a regular. Typically its well organized and clean. There are three staff as trainers and general staff they appear to be friendly, there is one who is very passive aggressive. Thankful for Ron's help and assistance and Joseph is nice. Notes: There is a gym in Waverly that has a food bar, etc. It has some completion and the price is equivalent to the gym down the street. I have not taken any of the small group classes that they offer and cannot provide feedback on those or working one on one with a trainer. I also have not consumed any beverages or snacks from their honor system.

We frequent Lifetime gyms whenever we travel as we like the consistent quality and classes provided by the gym. Overall, this is a very nice building and was on the larger side from the facilities that we are used to. They have both Pickleball and basketball courts. They also have the standard high-quality technogym equipment found in all of their locations. The steam and dry sauna area was on the smaller side from what I'm used to seeing, but they were very clean and well-maintained. The Lifetime café was also very clean and had plenty of space to sit down. Overall, wonderful experience and would definitely visit again in the future

In every interaction I've had with him, Justin has been rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. His tone and body language are consistently confrontational, and he seems more interested in asserting dominance than providing any form of respectful customer service. On two occasion, he threatened along with another female individual-- made an outrageous claim, made publicly and without basis, in front of others. Rather than resolving the matter calmly or professionally, he escalated, insinuated sledging me and the situation, ultimately banning me from the facility using his now-predictable phrase, "I will ban you throw you out " Justin has never once offered an apology or even acknowledged his poor conduct. His demeanor creates an uncomfortable and hostile environment not just for me, but for anyone within earshot. This kind of behavior is not only unprofessional--it's deeply disappointing. To be clear, I've never received anything resembling real customer service from this individual. His communication style consists of one-word deflections and condescending remarks. It's clear he does not value customers--only control. I've given this facility multiple chances, but the behavior I've experienced, specifically from Justin Tyler Kane, has left me with no choice but to share my experience publicly through Yelp, social media, and direct word of mouth. The latest casualty is the elevator, which may not be a big deal to many people but I'm preparing for hip surgery, so climbing two flights of stairs to get to the main workout area is a challenge. I know there are quite a few others like myself who suffer from hip, knee or back issues, and rely on the elevator to access the upper floors where all the equipment is. I know there's a small workout area in the women's locker room but it's basically a dark, windowless room with very limited equipment. At this point the elevator has been out of service for around 2-3 weeks at least. I mean, how long does it really take to have an elevator repair company come out and fix the problem? It seems that management tries to avoid spending money on repairs for as long as possible or until enough people complain.

Also Mitch is very attentive and professional. Staff keep using face mask, and even there's no need to use one inside, I do. (Please don't forget to clean equipment after you use it) These guys are amazing! Eddie show me the whole place, including and very detail on what my black card membership has. Hydromassage and chair massages. I'm not interested in tanning if you are, they have like 3 available. Clean. Safe. Professional. Spacious. What else can you request from a fitness center? I'm impressed with how immaculately clean the whole place is. (hope will continue like that). They have convenient hours of operation all week and on 4 days of the week operate at 24hrs/day. There is always available parking out front. The staff is highly professional and always helpful. Machines are practically brand new and are always incredibly clean. Locker rooms are clean, bathrooms appear to be cleaned multiple times throughout the day. Highly recommend this location. The studio is very clean and organized, with lockers for your stuff. The workout-whewwwww! Don't be fooled by Uri's baby face because he will have you on the ropes! I recommend doing the starter class first and then venturing out into the other classes. I did the full body class and it full body for sure! Uri did a great job with demos, checking the carriges, and correcting form. Most importantly, he kept the energy and encouragement up. I recommend Solidcore to anyone looking for a challenge, and looking for something different.

However, every class is basically the same exercises, which gets boring. Also, the instructors don't really help with form, so I find the instruction minimal. While it's inspired by Pilates, you can't call this Pilates (and Solidcore doesn't but the clientele make this mistake). I find it to be a useful supplementary strength workout for me, but I don't enjoy it enough to keep a membership. I've been loving the Daily Pilates up the street instead.

I reached out to Pr1me Movement despite living in Indiana because the advice I was getting from professionals in my area was not helping. The online skype consultation I got was more informative than anything I had heard from the physicians I dealt with in person. The stretches, and change in my movement patterns that were suggested altered the pain I felt within days. I couldn't believe how dramatically and quickly things changed. Chad understood my desire to not sit around and do nothing, and his advice allowed me to get back in the gym while at the same time not injuring myself further. After about a month of incorporating the stretches and various warmup/recovery movements he suggested I felt almost 100%, and the pain I had gotten use to feeling daily was almost entirely gone. Nearly 6 months later and I haven't felt this good in years, my strength has increased in the gym, and I still incorporate the stretching movements, and changes in my movement patterns and couldn't be happier. It was really refreshing to work with a PT who listened to my goals, and not only addressed the current pain, but why I had gotten to that point, and gave me advice on how to stop the root of the problem and prevent further injury or pain.
