We have been coming to my Gym since December 2019. It's an extraordinary place for kids to play, learn and spend their free time. My Baby learned so many skills since he was six months old. We were sad to leave during quarantine but kept our hopes up to come back as soon they opened again. The Gym crew works hard on keeping the place clean after each class. Masks are mandatory for adults which I think is excellent to keep spreading to a minimum. They have adjusted their protocols to only 10 kids per class and playtime I feel safe bringing my kid here I totally recommend you signing up for the unlimited package so you can attend all classes available and the playtimes. read more

They are professional and make everyone feel welcome. The place is clean and everyone who attends the classes are also super friendly. I just moved to Miami, not knowing anyone and have been able to socialize my baby as well as meet some nice people there. Most of all, all the activities and "play" we/they do with our babies are super beneficial for them. I am so happy to have found this place for the development of my baby, and so much more! This My Gym is great! The staff are all awesome with the children. My little one has been attending these classes since he was 5 months. First time he ever crawled was during one of the free play sessions. He's now 15 months and always has a blast here. Love that he gets to engage with other children his age. I think watching other kids helps him reach his milestones and the gymnastics activities that the coaches do with them each class definitely helps as well. This My Gym is always kept nice and clean. They disinfect all the toys used after each class. They even disinfect every single ball in the ball pit once a week. Love the environment and the people who work here. My son had such a blast at My Gym. Unfortunately with the surge in covid we opted to not enroll him just yet, but once things calm down again we definitely will be. The instructor was wonderful. Full of energy, knew how to keep a room full of 2 year olds very entertained. He was quick with setting up the gym equipment, had the kids on balancing bars, ceiling swings, zip-lining across the room, ring toss and so much more. The session ended with clean up time and a puppet show which the kids all enjoyed. I was pleasantly surprised at how awesome this place was. Can't wait to bring my little one back! read more

I have been taking my son here for a few months now and he absolutely loves it. They have warm up time the first few mins and then set activities which are different every week. They practice gymnastic type exercises which my son sometimes is scared at first to do but the staff there are so caring and patient that he quickly forgets he was scared and starts smiling and laughing and even ends up wanting to do it again. Thanks to my gym I finally have a place to take my son to 3 times a week where he can run, jump and go crazy with nothing breaking! I highly recommend this place to all parents! read more

I've been taking my son here since he was about 5 months old (now 13 months) and he absolutely loves it! The staff is so caring and full of energy. You can really see how much they all love what they're doing. The facility is incredibly clean. They do a deep clean every day. All of the toys and props are in excellent condition as well. Every class has a regulated flow, but you can expect something different from each class. They are always reconfiguring the room and thinking of creative and imaginative activities. It's a wonderful place to bring your child of any age really. I plan on continuing to make this a regular part of our weekly routine. read more

Poor customer service experience. Over two months ago, I booked 4 weekly private play dates and paid $400 in advance. (I've been trying to get private play dates for at least four or five months but they were always booked. So I asked them when the next open slot was and they told me in February, so I booked some slots and paid right away.) Today, over two months after booking and paying, I get a call from some rude dude at My Gym telling me that my booking was canceled and refunded because there was an error and my slot was "double booked". Yeah right!! If that were true, it took you OVER TWO MONTHS to figure that out??? When I asked why am I getting this call and not the other person, I was told that the other "family" who is "wealthy" was very "loyal" and had booked my slots "plus another 6 months' worth of slots" and they take priority. I literally cried. I've been trying for MONTHS to book this slot and after finally booking, paying, and patiently waiting for 2 MONTHS I'm told thanks but no thanks at the last minute, here's your money back! Clearly My Gym Aventura has no problem dishonoring their commitment to their customers. They dropped me and my kids like a hot potato for someone who was willing to prepay for more slots. They couldn't even push their booking out, they had to simply cancel mine. From how it looks, My Gym Aventure is the one who seems loyal to this "wealthy family". The funny thing is that I can also book and prepay you for 6, 12, 18 months of private play. So can many others!!! But you clearly are very dedicated to this wealthy family of yours. I hope the two of you will be very happy together. (And don't get me started on how sad my kids were because of this!! Makes my blood boil!) Shame on you My Gym Aventura!!! I never felt so disrespected by an establishment in my life. And instead of recommending people to go to your location, I'll be sure to do the opposite going forward!! read more

We did celebrate our son's 3rd birthday today and it was so good! They did such a great job!! At first I was nervous, because 500$ is not cheap and I didn't know what to expect. But I am telling you guys it is worth the price!! It was nice decorated (Spiderman and Marvel's Avengers theme), balloons, amazing entertainment, we as a parents didn't have to do anything but watching our kids having fun! I was very excited after finding the My Gym website. I expected the gym and equipment to look like the pictures on their website. So, you can imagine how disappointed I was when I walked in and saw something completely different. I signed up for a free class online, and before we could even visit the place we got a call from the manager trying to sell us a membership. She started out confirming if we were still coming then the membership sales pitch came swooping down! That was a major turn off, but I went anyway because I wanted my daughter to have as much fun as the kids we always see on the My Gym show that airs on the Baby First channel. I took my daughter to the My Gym Aventura location a few months ago, and it just did not seem very clean. There was a strong smell. A combination of a mildewy carpet smell and feet greeted us as we walked through the door. This let me know that the floor was not cleaned/sanitized as often as it should be. I could be wrong, but I have visited other locations since my visit to this location, and none of them had an odor. We were there for 10 minutes and were never greeted. I had no idea who was running the place, where to check-in, or asked if this was our first visit. I was also not comfortable leaving all of our belongings in a cubby facing the front door. Anyone can walk off with your stuff. The cubbies should be in a location where parents can see them, have locks, or at the least someone supervising the area. On a positive note, the kids seemed to be having a ball, but I was just too turned off by the smell to let my daughter touch anything. I left for a few minutes to change my daughter, but ended up going home since she seemed to not feel well (teething). Before I could get my daughter home I got this message from the manager with major attitude about how we confirmed and never showed up. I immediately called her back and kindly explained to her that we DID show up, and I described myself to her. Had she greeted us when we walked in perhaps she would have known who we were. Her tone really pissed me off, but I stayed cool, gave my best Assistant Principal voice, and I explained that my daughter was not feeling well. Her tone changed and she asked us when we would like to reschedule our trial visit. I told her that I would do it online and I did just that ...for another location. Ms. "Manager" since you had such an attitude and your gym literally smells bad, we will definitely not be returning to the Aventura location! It's a shame that we have to drive so far, but we will stick to My Gym in Coral Gables and Cool de Sac. Best of luck read more

My Gym Aventura is great! I've taken my ten month old three times now and she loves it. The staff are great with the children. The other families who go have been very friendly as well. I love that they rearrange the space each week so it's always a different experience. During each class there are special activities designed to encourage your child's balance and strength. Overall I love the social interaction my daughter gets along with the physical activity. I do find that children's classes are pricey, but this location often has promotions. read more

I have been taking my twin boys for 5 months now and they (and I) love it! The classes are awesome and the play date free time is great! The coaches are passionate and great with all the kids! My Gym is a terrific place to take the little people. The staff is fun, friendly and professional. James is outstanding! I have never seen anyone so fabulous with children. On Friday nights they offer a Parents night out, for three hours. You drop off your mini person and come back for them 3 hours later. Sadly for me, the kids have to be at least 3 years old. Great place for toddlers. You can buy 1 month pass or one time entry. The place is very clean, the staff are highly energetic and qualified.

The place itself is very nice. Workers are nice, too but not all. We had a free trial class and wasn't happy about our first experience even I was counting on them to get a membership with them. We went on morning and it was so crowded, like about 15 kids if no more. And every time they had a new play/experience/set up with kids, looks like my kid was always left behind, no attention to him and other kid, too. Looks like they were ignoring him :( Also some mommies were sooooo rude, I can't even image that. Some of them were pushed me and my child away from them being in line, were trying to be in front even we were a little bit slow with my baby, wasn't so nice at all. Looks like that I had no so good experience but my friend had a good one and her son and she loved it there, but not us, unfortunately. Maybe next time we need to try it again and hopefully we'll change our mind. read more

I have 2 kids my 6 year old that attended My Gym a few years back and a 1 year old that is currently enrolled. In all the years I've been going, I have nothing but good things to say. The staff is always amazing so energetic and happy to be there. They really care about the kids and enjoy seeing them thrive and learn. The facility is always impeccable. They clean and disinfect all the time. They have so many different options and activities for your child to participate in. My daughter loved it when she attended and actually still has life long friends she met through My Gym. My son now also is doing spectacular and looks forward to class every time. My daughter has been going to my gym since she was almost 2 and is now 4. My gym has helped my child develop skill as well as make friends (currently she is/was not in school or daycare) We attend my gym maybe 4 times a week and the happiness in my child when she sees her teachers and when she shows them how she has practiced her skills is so beautiful to watch. When my daughter went to camp at mygym for the first time there was very little hesitation on my part as u knew she would be left with people who had her well being as a priority! They also helped her stay on track with her potty training at camp which was a relief for me. We also love the events they put together with characters as you cant get to Disney every month! I cannot imagine a more loveable, friendly and stern (which is very important for the child) I would rather have my child with! Fun place for kids! The staff is friendly and they change the activities often. My 16 month old daughter always gets tuckered out after one hour of nonstop activities. Which is IDEAL. Initially she was reserved in class but the instructors are very encouraging which helped break her out of her shell. We took a free trial class, and signed up the same day. My Gym Aventura is Our Happy Place We have been members of My Gym Aventura since our oldest daughter was born and after five years of being a member it just keeps getting better! Now we have three little ones ages 1, 2, and 5 and we attend My Gym every single week. We have been strictly quarantined since March of 2019 and we do not go anywhere unless we are able to go privately with our family and even then I tend to feel anxious. Not the case at My Gym Aventura. Ariel and the rest of the staff have done an amazing job of keeping the facility clean and covid safe, even going as far as checking the toys under black lights after cleaning them. Temperatures are taken, hand sanitizer is readily available and only one teacher is in attendance and is always wearing a mask. This is the only place my children get to go every week and those three hours are eagerly waited for with great anticipation, it just never gets old. The entire three hours we rent it out for are non stop fun! They never tire of things to do because the teacher is always introducing new play and no matter who is on duty they are always fun, engaging, and offering age appropriate options for all three of our little ones. The facility has allowed our children to grow and meet new physical challenges such as mastering walking on a balance beam/ rock wall climbing / flipping on parallel bars, etc. These are things they probably would not have been introduced to at this age as, frankly, I would not have the space and in some instances, know how, to safely implement them. The instructors not only know how to teach them how to attempt these things safely but are also there to clap, encourage, and cheer them on. They have not only grown physically but their self confidence grows in leaps and bounds. This has been especially significant for my middle child who has difficulty hearing and this causes some issues with balance. We have seen a great amount of growth in his abilities since we began spending three hours every week at the gym. In the past we have attended classes and they are fun, interactive, age appropriate, and an amazing way to bond and play with your baby. It is also a great way to meet other moms and make friends for your little one. It also happens to be a great place to throw a birthday party! My oldest still talks about her third birthday which took place at My Gym Aventura. I happen to be someone who goes a little over the top when it comes to birthdays but they were more than accommodating with all of my requests and went above and beyond to make sure my little one had a special day that (clearly) she would never forget! My Gym has treated us with such care and consideration over the years that it truly feels like family. I can't say enough about their customer service and their enthusiasm, dedication, and the love they show "their kids". I know I'm speaking for many moms in this community when I say that going to My Gym every week is part of growing up in Aventura. We will continue to be loyal customers for as long as we have little ones and we will continue to keep our weekly play date even when we resume life outside of quarantine OR until they kick us out Thank you Ariel and the My Gym team for everything you do for our family and everything you have done for so many in our community!!!! read more

Went a couple months ago for a free trial class & signed up to be a member the same day! DiDi, Cindy, James & Ariell (sorry for any names spelled wrong) are the best staff I've seen in a long time. They are amazing with the kids, very engaging & animated, always smiling! They change the room/equipment setup every week & class activities change every week as well. They clean toys/equipment after each class, I've seen it with my own eyes. They also offer Parents Night Out as well as holiday parties & camps. Try it for yourself! When my son began crawling I had a super active little man in a typical small South Florida apartment. I wanted to find somewhere for him to engage with other babies and to burn some of his extra energy. After our first visit I knew we would be long-time customers of this establishment. I gave my son the ability to engage with other children his own age in a safe and fun environment. Also having frequented other establishments similar to this I can say this is the cleanest in town by far! The staff seems to generally take interest in getting to know your child and by the third visit knew him by name. The classes are also super cute and very age-appropriate! I just had my son's 1 year birthday party here yesterday and I cannot have asked for anything better. James and Ricardo kept the babies entertained and active for a full two hours. Everyone was so happy. There were unique activities and exercises and great music, and they even set up and cleaned up all the food and decorations. I love my gym really do! For about $80 bucks a month you get four set classes plus unlimited free play/ open gym. Ariel the director is very upbeat, kind and attentive. This guy loves kids! The gym itself is being remodeled they replaced the old floors when you walk in. Seating benches are new. They changed the lighting its not dark and grimy. The environment is very safe, they are very welcoming. I never had an issue with other parents. No moms or dads have been rude. Its just many parents come and do their own thing with their babies. What I love also is its the beat activity place in Aventura for the buck. I tried the Aventura center and it was super boring. My daughter disliked the class. I am considering of signing up for there two classes per week now. They also have specials, from camps to mickey mouse day. They have kid friendly music and awesome staff.
