Last year my husband and I had the pleasure of having Alan DJ our wedding and Jaclyn photograph our wedding. I couldn't have asked for a better DJ and Photographer, they worked so well together. Jaclyn is a natural! She was with my girls and I when we were getting ready until the end of the wedding. She knew exactly what to do with a room full of girls who were all over the place. Such creative ideas! She was so patient and sweet the whole time, which I really can't say about a lot of other photographers I have seen and interacted with. She took all the pictures we wanted in a timely manner which was really important for us. She captured tons of other moments that were so great to look back on. We had great pictures of our whole day! Not only did she take great pictures, she even stepped in and helped with some "wedding planner" duties. She was great at keeping me posted on the status of my pictures and was extremely accommodating with requests. Everyone loved our pictures! Alan is amazing at what he does! Finding a perfect DJ was a big deal for me, and that's exactly what he was. He played everything I wanted. I had a lot of different genres of music I wanted played and he did an amazing job at playing them all without making it seem like I just had my iPod on shuffle. One of my biggest pet peeves is when DJs play full songs while people are dancing, I wanted all the music to be mixed, one song into the next without an awkward pause. He did so great at mixing all the music! He also stepped in and MC'ed our wedding, which he was a natural at . I had so many people tell me how awesome Alan was, and they were right! Alan and Jaclyn are amazing at what they do and I highly recommend them! read more

Great music and great guys. Such a pleasure to deal with My Event Pros. These guys were extremely accommodating and went above and beyond to help us. Hired them to DJ the party initially and then found out that they offered extra services so we decided to add on the photo boot and uplighting. This made it so much easier for us since we only had to call them to make any changes to our timeline instead of having to make calls or send emails to multiple vendors. There Photo Booth was completely worth it because my family would not stop going to it all night. The lighting brought the room to life and the DJ rocked the dance floor! Our party was a success thanks to these guys and we hope we get to use them again in the future or hopefully our family and friends will use them for a future party we attend. The only thing I would have done differently is hired them to also do the coordinating. I had already hired a coordinator but I can definitely see the advantages of using them to provide that as well. Makes more sense to use a team that always works together but thats not to say that they didn't work great with the coordinator we hired. Thank you guys for an amazing night! read more

Alan and Jonathan were absolutely AMAZING!! My husband and I got married 09/27/2025 and are just in aw of everything they provided for us. From the start, they were extremely kind, communicative and so helpful! Everything they provide from their planning app, themselves, their equipment, their expertise, was nothing short of amazing. We unfortunately had a very bad experience with our wedding coordinator, two days before our wedding resulting in needing to find a new one and along with chaos, as you can imagine. After one phone call with Alan, I felt like everything was gonna be okay. His assertiveness, knowledge, and confidence in his work eased our minds so much. They basically became our second coordinators day of to ensure we weren't stressed out and that meant so much to us. We cannot say thank you enough or express how much we loved my event pros. Everything they provided was loved by not only us, but all of our guests. You can tell they love and enjoy what they do, they will make sure your day turns out exactly how you dreamed..I will forever recommend them! AND they gave us a bonus video seriously the sweetest guys ever! read more

They say that one of the best signs of a great party is seeing everyone dancing. In that case, our Halloween party this past weekend was a huge hit. I owe most of it to Alan, who was an amazing DJ. My husband and I have hosted a Halloween party for the past 10 years. Unfortunately the DJ we were using previously moved, but Alan came highly recommended by our bartender. From the very beginning, Alan catered the playlist and set to fit our needs. He was friendly and accommodating. He also had an online system that allowed my friends and I to request songs in advance. It not only helped get a feel for our music needs, but had people looking forward to dancing. It didn't take long before the first group started dancing. And the rest of the night was filled with people enjoying themselves and getting lost in the music. Alan has a unique ability to mix genres in a seamless way. Our playlist definitely leaned to a certain genre, but he read the audience and played some other songs that had people reminiscing and getting them moving. I highly recommend Alan and look forward to using his DJ services again in the future. Thank you, Alan! read more

We couldn't have asked for a better company to take care of our wedding day! We hired Alan and his team to provide coordination, DJ/MC and Uplighting for our wedding reception. Using them to do both our DJ service and our day of coordinating made communication a lot easier and convenient. They made sure the timeline for the day was flawless and they didn't miss a beat. We didn't realize how hectic the a wedding day can be for a bride and groom but we were getting pulled every which way to take pictures and greet family and our coordinator Jessica and MC B.J. made sure to keep us on schedule. It was really nice to not have to worry about what activity was coming next or what time of the night it was. We were kept on track by these guys and cant express how much that really helped us enjoy our night! The music was fantastic and the lighting added so much color to the room. I cant express how happy I am with my decision in trusting Alan and his team with our wedding day! Its not everyday you organize a wedding so it was great using guys with so much experience and know-how on how to throw a successful one! 5 Stars isn't enough! read more

We hired My Event Pros for our wedding ceremony and reception and they did an AMAZING job! They were extremely easy to work with and very accessible anytime we had any questions. We initially set up a meeting with Alan and he was super knowledgable and helped us with the entire planning process. We took advantage of their online system and it made the planning that much easier. We hired them to coordinate our wedding on top of providing the DJ and MC work for the ceremony and reception On the day of the wedding, they were punctual and on point. They pulled the entire event off flawlessly without any direction. We were truly free to enjoy the night without having to worry about them once. The MC was phenomenal and he made sure there were no pauses and lapses of time without letting our guests know what was coming up. Once the dance floor opened, they kept all of our guests dancing the rest of the night I would HIGHLY recommend booking with these guys! Not only are they really sweet but they are true professionals at what they do. Thank you guys for a night we won't forget! read more

Alan and his team gigged our outdoor wedding held in upper Rancho Cucamonga in October, 2012. This was held at a private residence and they really made the best use of the space we had. They arrived ON TIME and setup with little or no interference with the hosts or wedding party. During the wedding, All I had to do is nod their way and the desired music for each part of the ceremony queued up without a hitch. My Event Pros has an extensive list of songs and music to pick from on their web site, and if they didn't have what we wanted... they found it and added it to the list; very accommodating. They fit the bill and covered musical tastes from ages 15 to 85. The Music continued through dinner and the first dance and beyond. Alan and his team are a pleasure to work with. They maintained good communication from first contact during our Wedding planning to breakdown and packing up when it came time to go home. If you're searching around for a great service at a good price and like to work with a group of people who love what they do, These are your guys! read more

The My Event Pros team was incredible! Our DJ for our wedding was our biggest priority and when we met with them we knew they were the ones! They are very knowledgable about how to work a wedding but what we loved was how comfortable they made us feel. A wedding is overwhelming and these guys really helped me calm my nerves. I decided to book their Day of Coordination along with their DJing services and it was worth every penny! You don't realize the value of a coordinator until you're wedding day arrives. Their coordinator took care of all the details before, during and after and was by our side to make sure we were on track and comfortable. The advantage of booking them together is that the DJ and Coordinator are part of the same team and theres nothing "lost in translation" as opposed to working with different companies. They worked together flawlessly and made our wedding day a success! Their DJ and MC was a lot of fun and got our friends to their feet. Everything came out just how we wanted it. Call them if you're looking for a great wedding team read more

In July 2012, I hired Alan to DJ a 21st birthday party for approximately 125 guest. Alan and his team exceeded my expectations. I'll be short and to the point. Alan is extremely professional, trust worthy and very easy to work with. He will work within your budget, is punctual and will dress for the occasion. Alan is very accessible via email, phone or text. If I had a question or concern, he would respond in a timely manner. As for the music, he can play music for any age group and crowd. (He played smooth jazz during dinner, for dancing 40's, 50's, Current music, Top 40's country, hiphop, etc...) My party's age range was 8 to 83....and let's just say, "Everyone was dancing for 3 hours", non-stop, including our seniors. This was the first time I had ever hired a DJ.....and I am extremely happy with my choice! Alan, Thank You Again for being apart of such a special occasion and for the wonderful job you and your team did. T 11/01/12 I am not sure why this post was removed, but this this is a sincere and legitimate post. read more

We couldn't be more grateful for the services My Event Pros provided my new Wife and I on our wedding day. In our search for our wedding DJ they were the only company that were truly able to provide us with what we were looking for, peace of mind. My wife and I are both professionals with very busy schedules and I cant say enough how easy My Event Pros made it for her and I. The technology (before the event) that they use is AMAZING! It made everything very convenient to our schedules and allowed us to plan our wedding from out of state without any hiccups. The day of the wedding they were extremely catering and caring of our day. They not only treated us amazingly but went out of their way to treat our elder family members with so much care and respect. I could go on and on about these guys but ill sum it up like this: We would book My Event Pros a thousand times over simply off everything they provided before playing a single song! That's how good these guys are at what they do! read more

We booked Alan and his team to do our ceremony and wedding reception after meeting them at a local bridal show. I have to say that they were INCREDIBLE!! They honestly delivered ALOT more than we could have ever imagined! Their service includes a separate MC (a HUGE plus!) and not only did the MC do an amazing job on the mic but he went above and beyond to make sure everything went on without a hitch. They were basically our coordinators for the night. They lined up our bridal party, let the house know when to pour champagne and even helped us do the tasks our actual coordinator was supposed to take care of. My only regret is not hiring them to officially be our coordinators. These guys know their stuff and I'm so glad I trusted my wedding day with them. Their lighting and photo booth was also a hit and made our wedding. I recently recommended them to my best friend and would recommend them to anybody planning a wedding! Thank you Alan and My Event Pros read more

After hiring Alan and his crew for our wedding we feel like we added a few new members to our family! We couldn't have made a better choice in hiring a DJ company for our day that we planned for so long. They made us feel so cared for all the way through made sure to check in with us during the planning process and all throughout the day of the wedding to make sure we were well taken care of. They have a very helpful app that was a lot of fun to use when we picked out our song requests and they opened our eyes to a lot of tips and suggestions we would've otherwise not have thought of ourselves. Their customer service was amazing! Extremely professional, punctual and very friendly. We hired them to DJ our wedding along with their gorgeous lighting and photobooth. Our family and friends all talked about what a great time they had and how much their feet hurt from all the dancing! Thank you My Event Pros for caring about our wedding day as much as we did! read more

We could not have asked for a better DJ for our wedding! From start to finish, everything was absolutely amazing. The music was ON POINT all night long, and our DJ somehow knew exactly what to play to keep everyone on the dance floor. We had guests of all ages dancing and having the best time! The special effects were also incredible. The smoke machine and sparklers added such a beautiful, fun, and unforgettable touch to our night. Everything was timed perfectly and made our reception feel even more magical. Our wedding day was so important to us, and having a DJ who was professional, energetic, and completely on top of everything made such a huge difference. We genuinely had the time of our lives, and so did our guests! If you're looking for a DJ who will keep the party going, pay attention to the details, and make your wedding unforgettable, BOOK THEM! We are beyond happy with how everything turned out and would recommend them to anyone! read more

What can I say? Alan is fantastic. I had 9 DJ's to choose from but from the moment we spoke there was a wonderful connection. He was responsive to my calls and emails and was relaxed about mailing my payment and contract in. After selecting my playlist from 1000's of songs, I snet him an edditional list which he was so open to playing. He arrived on time, professionally dressed, set p noiselessly and did not disturbe guests who were eating and chatting. From the get go, he played hit after hit and the dance floor was full till the party ended. Some of te verbatim comments I received were....'the last time I danced like this was 10 years ago', 'so good to see couples on the dancefloor,' what a great mix of songs for all tastes', 'can we have his business card?, and lastly ...one guest was so overwhelmed by Alan and his craft he even slipped him a 'note' .....please, secure this guy for your event. He is such a pleasure to work with. read more

It goes without saying that 2020 has been a very difficult year for everyone however the big day that I had always dreamed of happened to fall in the middle of this pandemic. Alan & Jessica over at My Event Pros however really helped us keep it together as all of original plans fell apart. We hired them for our original wedding reception in April but with all the shut downs they were able to work with us to reschedule to a different date and venue once everything opened back up. Not only were they completely understanding but they were extremely flexible given the circumstances. They really made our experience through all this a little easier and they are very friendly and helpful. With so much going on this year, it was nice to be able to work with a professional company that goes above and beyond for their couples. Were extremely happy with our decision to hire these guys. Highly recommended! read more

So, so sooo happy! I booked Jessica to be my coordinator with my event pros and I can't express how happy I am with the decision I made. She was so genuine and truly cared about tackling every detail that I wanted for my wedding and getting it done. I really do not know how I would've planned any of this without her ! She was there with me from start to finish and took care of EVERYTHING for me. I was able to enjoy my day without having any worries. We built a great relationship this past year of working together. She's been in contact with me from day one and literally handled everything for my husband and I. I am so happy! Thank you Jessica and my event pros for helping us through this journey and making our wedding truly unforgettable. If you are a bride and groom and are looking for a coordinator, I highly recommend booking Jessica ! I promise you won't regret it !! read more

My husband and I were very particular when choosing our vendors for our wedding. We had to postpone our wedding many times because of Covid so we wanted to make sure it was extra special. We ran across My Event Pros and were impressed by the awesome videos and pictures they have on their Instagram of the work they do. We booked them to DJ and added on their photobooth and coordination services. Alan and his crew were incredible! They made us feel extra special from the moment we had our first consultation until the end of our wedding night. Our guests all had an amazing time and our dance floor was full all night. Their organization is incredible and they were extremely accommodating to all of our wishes. We are so happy we decided to book with this company, they met all of our expectations and more! Look no further if you need a great team of people for your wedding. read more

I hired Jessica's services for month of/day of coordination and planning for my wedding and I highly recommend her! While she handled a lot of the communication to vendors before the wedding, the real work came on the day of when tons of things needed to be accounted for, set up, and adjusted on the fly. With so much going on, Jessica was on top of it all and made sure to keep the stress off of my shoulders. She made sure to keep things on schedule and was always there to help me with something if I asked her. My bustle failed throughout the night and she helped fix it a number of times. Lastly, I want to underline that she did so much for us with such a shining and happy attitude. Things didn't feel like a burden for her and she was always positive and happy to help out. This truly makes a difference on such a big day! read more

Alan & his team made our wedding the night of our dreams! Their DJ package includes an app that is AMAZING! The app gave my fiancee and I the ability to choose all our music, set our timeline and give them all the details we wanted to include in our wedding day. We hired them to DJ and MC our wedding and they kept our friends and family dancing all night. We had friends reach out after to tell us how much fun our reception was! Their lighting also made our room look gorgeous. When we first started looking for a DJ we were initially looking for our cheapest option. Although My Event Pro's prices are not the cheapest, we are so glad we chose to raise our entertainment budget. They really made the night. We really saw the value in paying a little more for a professional wedding DJ company. Thank you My Event Pros! read more
