Aaron and his crew did an outstanding job during the two day installation. There was a minor hiccup that Aaron diagnosed and fixed in about five minutes. They thoroughly cleaned up inside and outside after the work was done (a rare thing these days!). Aaron's attention to detail is second to none - leveling the AC unit (my previous one was never quite level), installing an easy shutoff switch, clean seam lines on ductwork. Nick, who was my first contact, was extremely helpful through the pre-installation process especially helping me find low cost financing. I highly recommend Glamorgan.

I had a partially clogged toilet. Two people came, decided I needed drain system vent…read morerepair/replacement. They did not check for clogs in the system. Took two guys four hours or so. Did the work, $1800.00 plus tax. Toilet flushed for about an hour or two then stopped working again. Called back, was told I needed a septic system vent-$3200.00 more, called a septic company, they came to the house, checked they system and told me I DID NOT need a vent for the system. So I called another plumber, he snaked the toilet, found a mineral buildup, cleaned it out, just over $200.00 and it has worked fine since. Called Glamorgan back, was told the owner would contact me. That was weeks ago-no longer expecting a call. The work to replace the vent was probably done OK, kind of pricey, the follow up was not OK. I also had asked for a couple quotes on other things while they were at my home. Glamorgan was just about twice the price of others I later checked with. The plumbers were pleasant, did leave a huge mess, and arrived on time. The work was expensive, did not solve the problem, and the owner never tried to contact me. I suspect they really do not like to be told they made a mistake plus they charge more than others in the area. Bottom line is-I will not use them again or recommend them to others. Buyer beware, try and get a second estimate or talk to others that have used them. My experience was not good and I did not like being talked down to when I pointed out they did not fix my problem.

We were very satisfied with both the quality of the product and their workmanship, which is why we reached out to them again. This time, however, the experience fell short. We scheduled an appointment for a representative to come out and provide an estimate for a furnace (and potentially a full HVAC system, including central air and a hot water heater). The technician came to our home and gave us only a verbal quote--nothing in writing. As most homeowners know, it would be unwise to move forward without a written estimate, especially when comparing multiple companies. We specifically needed a written estimate as part of a real estate transaction that had already encountered complications. After the appointment, I followed up and spoke with our service contact, Joe B., who assured me he would email the estimate. Unfortunately, we never received anything, and because of the lack of follow-through and documentation, they unfortunately missed the mark this time. As a result, we've decided to move forward with another plumbing and heating company for this project. It's disappointing, especially given our positive experience in the past, but communication and proper documentation are essential, and this time it just didn't happen.

He told me to trim the bushes back from around my condenser unit and it started working much better. When my boiler started leaking I called GEID Mechanical again. The leak turned out to be unrepairable so I asked Dave for an estimate to replace the unit. His price was WAY better than some of the bigger names in the area. He ordered it and got it installed quickly and professionally. He was able to re-use a lot of the existing infrastructure in order to keep our costs down. His work is top notch and he took the time to make sure the unit was properly tuned and answered all of my questions completely. I have been a customer of Bradway Plumbing for 5 years. They installed a hot water heater for us,…read moreand have completed multiple plumbing jobs such as toilet installations, sink faucets, UV light systems, and more. This morning I called requesting help with our aging mini-split a/c system and was told they would no longer provide service to us as a result of an incident that occurred last Fall when driving past the owner's house. The workers they hired were installing electrical conduit and a box truck in front of us stopped before starting again. My wife and I, with our two dogs in the car, began to proceed. I assumed it was safe to proceed. The truck suddenly stopped and the reverse lights came on, so I blew my horn, knowing they could not see us behind them. Suddenly, the two workers startied screaming at me, cursing and calling me names and verbally abusing me for proceeding. My wife and I were very shaken up by this and called the local police to report this violent behavior. I am extremely upset as well as disappointed that this company would turn their back on me as a customer. The only reason I am giving them two stars is that we have always been satisfied with their work. Knowing that this is how they operate, I would never even want to use them again. They actually should get 0 stars for treating a customer in such a way. EDIT: to be clear, I never said the workers who verbally abused us were employees of Bradway Plumbing. But it is Bradway Plumbing who we just discovered will no longer do work for us. There is no misplaced blame, other than Robert now trying to blame me. I guess he thinks we should just accept being verbally assaulted and cursed at by the people he hired to work on his house? Maybe he should have spoken to the people he hired about the incident. Anyway, I am now fully aware of the type of business owner Robert Bradway is and will happily move on.
