Aaron and his crew did an outstanding job during the two day installation. There was a minor hiccup that Aaron diagnosed and fixed in about five minutes. They thoroughly cleaned up inside and outside after the work was done (a rare thing these days!). Aaron's attention to detail is second to none - leveling the AC unit (my previous one was never quite level), installing an easy shutoff switch, clean seam lines on ductwork. Nick, who was my first contact, was extremely helpful through the pre-installation process especially helping me find low cost financing. I highly recommend Glamorgan.

I had a partially clogged toilet. Two people came, decided I needed drain system vent…read morerepair/replacement. They did not check for clogs in the system. Took two guys four hours or so. Did the work, $1800.00 plus tax. Toilet flushed for about an hour or two then stopped working again. Called back, was told I needed a septic system vent-$3200.00 more, called a septic company, they came to the house, checked they system and told me I DID NOT need a vent for the system. So I called another plumber, he snaked the toilet, found a mineral buildup, cleaned it out, just over $200.00 and it has worked fine since. Called Glamorgan back, was told the owner would contact me. That was weeks ago-no longer expecting a call. The work to replace the vent was probably done OK, kind of pricey, the follow up was not OK. I also had asked for a couple quotes on other things while they were at my home. Glamorgan was just about twice the price of others I later checked with. The plumbers were pleasant, did leave a huge mess, and arrived on time. The work was expensive, did not solve the problem, and the owner never tried to contact me. I suspect they really do not like to be told they made a mistake plus they charge more than others in the area. Bottom line is-I will not use them again or recommend them to others. Buyer beware, try and get a second estimate or talk to others that have used them. My experience was not good and I did not like being talked down to when I pointed out they did not fix my problem.

I opened the door and found a large puddle of water coming from the bottom of my hot water heater. I immediately called Esposito & Son and Pat came that same day. he shut off the water on my unit so it wouldn't continue to leaker and explained that my water heater needed to be replaced. He then gave me an itemized estimate for what it would cost to replace my unit and told me he could do the job the next day. I found his price to be very fair and agreed to have him do the job. By noontime the next day the new hot water heater was efficiently installed and my problem was solved. I would definitely recommend Esposito & Son to anyone in need of plumbing or HVAC repairs. From my initial call, the System was installed within 48 hours by experienced, knowledgeable, courteous, and professional technicians. This is an incredible turnaround considering we were a new customer! I had mentioned my husband had a disability and did better with AC. Jason, Head Technician, rearranged the company's installation schedule to fit us in ASAP. The day after the initial call, a service call was made by Eric to assess the problem. He explained everything well and measured for a new system. That same day, a proposal was presented by Jason complete with explanation. We signed a contract online. Installation was the next day by Dan, Andrew, and two others. When they completed installing the system, Dan reset our thermostat. He also reset the NEST on my iPhone since I use my phone to change settings on the thermostat. He was thorough and kind. He also showed me what had been installed. They cleaned up very well. In addition, I experienced that their excellent customer service for all staff focuses on clarity. They welcome questions in person and by providing email, text, and phone call access. No ambiguity here. Written copies of proposals and statements are provided for the customer. We highly recommend Albany Mechanical for your heating and cooling systems. Rob is also very cost conscious for the consumer. He tries to do the fix as affordable as possible without compromising quality. I've never had a call back for the same work.
